Great location, no hills. We are on the main street, less than 10 minutes from the center and a few meters from the beach, where the best restaurants and bars are located. Spacious room, perfect for families, with a double bed and 2 single beds on the mezzanine. We offer 2 air-conditioners, Wi-Fi, minibar, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker, basic utensils, sink, bed and bath linens, private bathroom, clothesline and outdoor area. Built in 2021 and very well located. It is just behind the Church of São Sebastião, in the main square of Vila do Abraão, Ilha Grande. Easy and quick access. You don't have to climb a hill. It's only 5 minutes between the boat dock and the tourism dock to the residence. It has practically everything nearby: a travel agency, restaurants, bakery, markets, ice cream parlor, health center and, of course, beaches. With good walks, you will reach the most distant waterfalls and beaches.
