1-bedroom house with a double bed, with air-conditioning. The living room is combined with the kitchen. The living room has a sofa that, when pulled out from underneath, becomes a single bed. It has a cable TV in the living room. The kitchen is small, but very complete, with a 5-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a table for 4 people. The house is very cozy, and it all faces the sea. You will have the experience of sitting on the sofa or lying in bed and hearing and seeing the sea.

Beautiful view, calm sea, suitable for bathing, great for fishing and water sports, boat ramp a few meters away and boat mooring in front of the house. Very close to Villa Casarão (parties and events), in the middle of the oyster gastronomic route and a few minutes from the airport. Parking for up to 3 small or 1 large car. The house has a pool, decorated by a known set designer in the Brazilian scene, with large comfortable spaces. . My space is good for couples, group of friends and families (with children).

My space is a piece of paradise, facing the sea and within the Atlantic Forest. The Pedras Altas naturist area and the Pedras Altas Beach restaurant are 200 meters away. Anyone falls in love with my space, lush nature, wild birds like toucans, aracuãs, blue-winged teals, canaries and thrushes. You can taste seafood and oysters raised on farms near my place. The place is pleasantly calm and ideal for those who want to relax. We are an Azorean community.
