Located on a natural slope, access to the house is only via stairs, which guarantees a privileged and permanent view of the ocean. From the balcony, you can see the sea, the beach and the surrounding Atlantic Forest, a true haven of nature and comfort. The house has a heated pool and direct access to the beach via a charming path with steps.

The house is at the back of the property and shares a green area (lawn) with the front house.
