My apartment has a beautiful view of the sea. It is spacious and comfortable, with a balcony with a beautiful view, 400 MB Wi-Fi that allows you to work remotely, a private barbecue, glazing, an open-plan living and dining room with a kitchen, natural light in all rooms, air conditioning in the bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the living room. Everything is well maintained. The building has only 10 units. I have a hobby box on the ground floor with beach equipment that can fit a bike. And the best part: it's 25 metres from the beach!!! New mattresses
