Nice apartment, large and comfortable. With everything you need to spend a good stay. We found details in the cleanliness that we could solve on our own such as the floor and the dirty table, sand in the chairs, there was smell in the kitchen to the grease. Other than that, everything else, okay. As a recommendation it would be good for guests to leave control of the garage door as we did not have one and completely depend on the security staff to open us when leaving and or entering the condominium. Most of the time they weren't in their workplace and we had to wait to get out and get in. At night when wanting to enter they did not open us until descending from the vehicle and carrying out several inquiries, it was quite bad that experience since we stayed 1 week. The pool was very good and the gym was the best. It can be said that we had a good stay leaving some things out.

We love the stay. Apartment cozy and very well located. Also very well equipped, including for long-term stays. I highly recommend it!

A Sabrina very attentive and the property was better than the description. The building had everything needed, great place, few people in the building, the best garage in the building and two cars. The property was very clean, with everything we needed, it has air fryer, sandwich, oven, washer and dry, air conditioning in all pieces, barbecue, three double beds, three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Everything you need for the beach, cart, thermal box and chairs. We felt at home and had a great stay, even because we had some problems with the children getting a little bad and I had a serious allergy in the feet and hands, but for all the comfort provided by the apartment it was more peaceful to pass these perrengues. On the beach, it is a place to rest and enjoy, it does not have many shops like other SC beaches (my wife did not like it very much, hehe).

Everything was impeccable. The photos in the listing don't show the actual quality of the accommodation. It's highly recommended. Beautiful view, very close to the beach. Everything was ready when we arrived. Very spacious and comfortable to enjoy as a family.

Perfect location both for walking on the beach of palms and for going out to the other beaches .. we loved the tip of the speedboat ride with Mr. Odevar (Palmas Nautical tours) was unforgettable.. Herasmo and his family's house is a beautiful place, full of love and nature. Eunice, our host, was a great friend, always attentive. The house is very comfortable, clean, organized, we were able to enjoy all the spaces! The best part is the pool and the beach. Highly recommended for large families with children! We felt right at home in a privileged place! Highly recommended!

We had an excellent stay!! Perfect for our family trip - beautiful neighborhood, walkable to the beach with shops and restaurants nearby. The house had plenty of space for 8 people. Renan was highly responsive and flexible.

Ronaldo and his wife welcomed us very warmly. The house is upstairs, with a separate entrance. Spacious areas, large bedrooms and kitchen. All kitchen utensils were working and we didn't miss anything. The largest en-suite is the only one that has air-conditioning, which worked very well. Quality bed and bath linens. Very clean space. Located about 15 minutes from Canasvieiras by car. We had a rental car. So getting around is very easy and convenient to go to several beaches (especially those in the north of the island). We felt at home. I recommend it!

Our stay at the house was excellent. We loved it from the start - it's very comfortable and comes with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The pool is as shown in the pictures, ideal for relaxing and refreshing. In addition, the location is very convenient, just four blocks from the beach, which allows you to walk without any problem. Beautiful apartment and location as you access the beach on foot especially if you are going with children!. Eunice always responded to all my questions! Of all the beaches I know of the island without a doubt the English north is one of the best beaches to go day by day!
