The apartment has a south-facing exposure with one of the best views of Briançon. The fortifications and the Cité Vauban are within walking distance, just 300 m from the apartment. It is close to all amenities, bakery, tobacco, restaurants, historic center, grocery store. The Serre Chevalier resort is accessible by car 1.5 km away and also by bus with the stop 200 m away. The apartment is on the ground floor facing south, next to the Cité Vauban, a 5-minute walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden and a beautiful wooden terrace. It is functional and charming. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and city bus 3 minutes away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.
