Srní | A quiet apartment near Hotel Vydra

The apartment is located in a quiet part of Srní, just a few steps from the Hotel Otter, but at the same time outside the hustle and bustle of tourist places. Thanks to this, you will enjoy the true peace, quiet and pure Šumava nature. In the morning, you can head straight out on hiking or cycling trails and return in the evening to a quiet, noise-free environment. The apartment is ideal for those seeking relaxation, nature and comfort in one place. In the surrounding area, you'll find beautiful forests, views and famous places in the Šumava region. This is a separate accommodation (not part of the hotel).

The Lookout House with a panoramic window and spacious terrace resembles a boat hovering over the landscape. The smell of wood, a sofa and a fireplace with a comfortable kitchen form a well-tuned whole. It can comfortably accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

Apartment (90 square meters) in a quiet location directly at the Oberzwieselau golf park, for 2 people on the ground floor of the Oberzwieselau forester's house. Golfers receive a green fee discount at the Oberzwieselau Golf Park Furnished by the architectural firm bauconcept, in clear structures and high-quality materials. Large park of the former Gardening at Oberzwieselau Castle for free use. Sustainability: electricity from our own hydroelectric power plant, drinking water from our own source, wood chip heating with wood from our own forest.

A private hot tub under the starry sky, plus a modern A-frame in the middle of the forest: HAUS28 offers 4 bedrooms, 2 designer bathrooms, an open-plan living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and an electric charging station. In the evening, the fireplace crackles in the garden, and in the morning, hiking and biking trails and ski slopes start right outside the door. 8 guests, self check-in, free parking. Only 45 km from Passau, near the Bavarian Forest National Park – perfect for families and groups of friends.

Bavarian Forest Chalet Kaitersberg with sauna and garden

We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Work hall four

Welcome to the workshop. A former railway building, reinterpreted. Featuring a modern design and curated art, this boutique loft is a place to unwind and feel at home, with space for 2–6 people. It's the perfect base for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Enjoy the Drachensee for swimming and the golf course with breathtaking views. Excursion destinations such as the batwish, wild garden and rock slopes are in the immediate vicinity.

Rent a cottage in the Bohemian Forest, two kilometers from the ski area Zadov. Beds are divided into 3 apartments, two apartments have a bedroom with a double bed and a room with three beds, the third apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a room with two beds. Each apartment has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a covered terrace, a large garden with its own forest, covered parking for 3 cars, bicycle and ski storage, smart TV and Wi-Fi.
