Ancient Rock in Calascio - La Corte di Sabatino

Typical stone house, completely renovated and nestled in the beautiful medieval village of Calascio, just 2,5 Km from the dramatic Rock (Rocca Calascio) and just 5 Km from Santo Stefano di Sessanio and Castel del Monte. The house consist of 2double bed rooms with view on the valley, a twin bedroom, a big livingroom, a full equipped kitchen and bathroom. The courtyard is perfect for breakfast or lunch, or just to stroll at the sun. Every comfort, including wi-fi,without losing the original feel.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

It accommodates up to six people and includes a veranda, entrance, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It includes an infrared sauna, gazebo, panoramic pool, playground and fenced garden with kennel, pets are allowed. It has a rural garden accessible to guests. It is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a library on Abruzzo, a photovoltaic system with storage and a column for e-bikes. It is located outside the town, surrounded by greenery and the silence of nature.

You will find us in the historic center of the village of Fontecchio (AQ), just a 5-minute walk from the main square of the village. Fontecchio is a medieval village, located in the heart of the Sirente Velino Park. This typical complex of ancient buildings is located in the southern corner of the town walls, with spectacular views of the green and quiet valley of the Aterno River.

1 of 3 apartments at the recently restored 18 century Palazzo Galli. With vaulted ceilings throughout, and the walls adorned with original artwork, the apartment is part of an artist repopulation initiative known as "The Fontecchio International Airport", launched in 2020 by American artist Todd Thomas Brown. Relax alone or with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. You will find serenity, privacy, lots of greenery, roses, enchanting views, proximity to the Simbruini Mountains Regional Park, excursions, the magnificent Subiaco with its Benedictine monasteries, an introduction to the art of wood carving, the possibility of eating under a wisteria pergola, listening to good music, love and many books. There is a path that starts from the property that crosses the woods.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
