A few steps from Volterra, La Rosa Apartment

Pretty Apartment in nice and rustic style, located in the old family house, "Villa di Scopicci". Nestled in the countryside around Volterra, it has an ancient and authentic character. This apartment has of 1 double bedroom, a kitchen area with the typical Tuscan farmhouses’ furniture , living room with sofa bed and TV, bathroom with shower. From the apartment you can admire an amazing view from the windows and you can overlook the rolling hills from your outside area with table and chairs.

Collina Power

Collina is an ancient stone farmhouse, the house is surrounded by fields and olive groves. It has a large garden with swimming pool and a terrace where you can have pleasant lunches and dinners. A barbecue and garden furniture are available. The road to get to the house in the last stretch is not paved and is therefore not suitable for sports cars or particularly low ones. The route lends itself to pleasant walks during the day, while at night we recommend using a car because it is not lit.

In the historic center (200m from the main square), it is equipped with: kitchen space; living room with double sofa bed (200x160, Memory mattress) and armchair bed; bathroom with shower. Naturally cool room thanks to the large walls of the historic building in which it is located, on the ground floor, with independent entrance. E' un appartamento facente parte di una tenuta completamente recintata di 60 ettari di natura incontaminata: più di 1000 ulivi, innumerevoli cipressi e foreste profumate creano un ambiente idilliaco per coloro che ricercano tranquillità e silenzi. La tenuta Palmierina è in prossimità di Castelfalfi (un vero gioiello di architettura medievale) e nelle vicinanze di Firenze (50 Km), Siena (50 Km), Pisa (50 Km). Nelle vicinanze ci sono due campi da golf.

The house is within a complex and one of the houses is still under construction NOTE: Volterra municipality has applied a tourist tax of 2 euros/day/person for max 5 days
