The 100m2 are set up to give a spacious feeling the the high ceiling (see the charming beams?) and the combined living and dining room. Experience your mountain vacation in the newly renovated Chalet Berggeist, idyllically located in picturesque Serneus. Enjoy the sunny southern slope with unobstructed views of the imposing Gotschna mountain range. The Madrisa and Gotschna mountain railways can be reached in just 10 minutes thanks to a bus stop 50 meters away. After active days on slopes or hiking trails, relax on the sun terrace, in the wellness area with heated pool, hot tub and sauna or enjoy the mountain panorama.

Davos-Sertig, vacations in nature

Our house is secluded in the quiet nature reserve in the Sertigtal. In winter, it can be reached directly via the black-marked deep snow slope from the Jakobshorn. In spring, summer and fall, it's great for biking. Hiking trails and cross-country ski trails pass by the house. The bus station is at the bottom of the house. Since Davos is a spa town, a visitor's tax must be paid. This is 5.90 per day per person 12 years and older. The visitor's tax is collected on site at check-in.

Cozy 2 room apartment 36 m² with separate entrance. The bedroom is in the attic on the second floor. Bed size: two mattresses 1.80 m x 2 m. Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The mountain village of Fanas, in the canton of Grisons, lies at an altitude of almost 1000 m above sea level. The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.
