Apartment located in the old barn of a farmhouse of 1873. In the same house they live and host Pau and Wafa. Cozy and family friendly atmosphere. Situated in a small village in Northwest Catalonia, at the foot of the Montsec Mountains, PrePirineo. 1h30min by car from Barcelona, and two minutes from Artesa de Segre, where you find everything you need for shopping. The barn has a living room with a black kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a loft with two beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Spectacular! 5 minutes from a rural restaurant and 10 minutes from the town/city.

Fully renovated apartment, with air conditioning. In a privileged location, facing the river, with views of the old town, wall... really nice.
