On the ground floor there is a manger, and on the first floor there is a barn and a drying room. 300 years have passed and the little house is still there, completely renovated with modern comforts but with its heart in a timeless past. A sunny terrace where you can sunbathe in total privacy and a patio where you can eat by moonlight. To be enjoyed in the cool in summer or in the warmth in winter with the person you love.

A spacious balcony is framed by arched openings, offering sweeping views of the surrounding mountains and valley. A small table is set with fresh fruit and a vase of flowers. Two chairs provide a comfortable seating area, enhancing the outdoor experience.

Natursteinhaus Casa Vittoria

Lucinasco is an idyllically located mountain village in Liguria. Even the journey through lush olive groves is a great pleasure. The production of olive oil shapes the entire village life. A small lake is located at the exit of the village. Hanging weeping willows surround the shore and an old chapel from the Middle Ages completes the picture well. From Casa Vittoria you have a beautiful view over the olive groves to the Cathedral of Santa Maddalena and the sea. A walk there is always worth it.

The house is situated 5 km away from the mideaval village of Montalto, 20 min from the coast at Arma di Taggia and an hours drive from the Airport in Nice/France. The property has direct access to the river Argentina which allows for lovely swims and relaxation. Children have plenty to explore.
