Je obklopená zelení a kompletně vybavená. V okolí se nachází obchody a restaurace. Stanice veřejné dopravy je ihned před domem a stanice metra dvě minuty chůzí. V domě je možné parkování za poplatek 12€. Do centra Prahy se dostanete do 11. minut. Dům je postaven v roce 2023.
