We will be happy to host you in Kerguen! The proposed gîte is classified as "furnished tourist accommodation 2 **" by the OT 29 organization. It is located in a stone farmhouse and can accommodate from 1 to 6 people. It will be a "resource place" where you will enjoy calm and nature when you return from your getaways. We are ideally located to travel within 30 minutes to various places of interest in this beautiful region of Finistère where all your senses will be awakened!

The Pen Ty of the Port of Loch

Fancy a vacation in Brittany? Come and recharge your batteries at the end of the world, Le Cap Sizun, 50 km from Quimper. This is a fisherman's house (Pen Ty) renovated in 2014, comfortable, completely redone in 2017 and furnished in a practical and warm way the same year. It is located in the village of Trez Kermaléro, (near the small port of Loch), in the municipality of PRIMELIN. For fishing enthusiasts, surfers and hikers, or just those who love to relax!

Individual house with 4 bedrooms, for 1 to 8 persons. Great situation in a quiet little village, in middle of nature, with an incredible view on the sea. Very nice private garden. Private parking next to the house. At the end of the garden, you have a path to go to the beach or to go hiking along the sea. The Pointe du Raz is 10 minutes by car. If you like surfing, it's a great spot. Bed linen are not included, but can be if you wish, for 20€ more by person.

Ty Paradis

The sea view penty is located on the Pointe du Raz road, 10 minutes from Audierne and its shops. Here you can enjoy the beach of Saint Tugen or Loc'h, hiking and mountain biking in Cap Sizun (coastal trail 200 m). Travel to the Bay of Audierne (La Torche) and the Bay of Douarnenez (Locronan). Completely renovated in 2023, it has a small garden, a south-facing terrace and a small room (bikes, surfing). Sailing and surfing schools and Île de Sein pier nearby.

Head west to this traditional Breton stone penty, ideally located a few minutes' walk from the GR34, the beach, the AUDIERNE nautical center and the Île-aux-Vaches surf spot! The possibility of renting for a minimum of 2 nights will allow you to travel around Cap-Sizun to discover Pointe du Raz, Baie des Trépassés... and why not consider a getaway to Île de Sein! The non-attached enclosed garden has a wooden shelter Welcome home!

80 m² 2012 house in a quiet neighborhood, functional and all ground floor on a south view on the 400 m² flowery and tree full closed garden. Queen size (160x200) bed in the room, induction unit for cooking. The place is located 2 km from beaches, shops, restaurants in Audierne joined by a 5 min drive, or by a 15 min walk. You will be closed to a footpath following the "Goyen" river to the middle age town of Pont Croix.

Peaceful oasis between sea and river

Old house restored with eco-friendly materials, overlooking the Goyen Valley and very close to beaches and water sports. Furnished for 4 people and open to a large sunny terrace overlooked by a private garden, it enjoys a peaceful and preserved environment and has two bedrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine. Direct access to hiking trails allows you to walk to the medieval city of Pont-Croix or the port of Audierne.

Villa Trouz Ar Mor

Cross the road: you are on the beach. Villa Trouz Ar Mor (classified as Meublé de Tourisme) offers you a garden level of choice with a private equipped courtyard. Its interior is cosy and offers a piano accessible to musicians on request. Linens are provided. The accommodation is non-smoking, pets are not allowed. The other two floors remain strictly private, and are not part of the rental.

Mon logement est proche de la mer, à la campagne, centré par rapport aux principaux sites touristiques du Finistère. Vous apprécierez l'emplacement, le calme, et le confort. Le gîte est idéal pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires, les familles (avec enfants) et peut convenir aux compagnons à quatre pattes. Le logement n’est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
