Magnificent Pointe du Castel... Penty with a sea view, close to the Pointe du Raz, 10 minutes from Audierne and its shops. Coves within walking distance, and the beaches of Saint Tugen and Loc'h nearby. GR34 coastal trail 200 m away. Mountain bike trail no. 11 passes in front of the house. You can enjoy the calm, an eco-garden, a south-facing terrace and a shed for bikes, surfboards, etc. Sailing and surfing schools and the Île de Sein jetty are nearby. Radiate towards the Bay of Audierne and the Bay of Douarnenez.

Individual house with 4 bedrooms, for 1 to 8 persons. Great situation in a quiet little village, in middle of nature, with an incredible view on the sea. Very nice private garden. Private parking next to the house. At the end of the garden, you have a path to go to the beach or to go hiking along the sea. The Pointe du Raz is 10 minutes by car. If you like surfing, it's a great spot. Bed linen are not included, but can be if you wish, for 20€ more by person.

Vacation home completely renovated in 2022, not attached, 300 meters from the sea in Loctudy in the Bigouden region. The house is ideal for having a good time with friends and family. In addition, in winter, a Scandinavian stove will warm you up after your long walks on the beach of Lesconil Sables Blancs, a 3-minute walk from the house! The GR 34 is 2 minutes from the house.
