This chic, rustic unit is located 50 steps from the water and has a pathway with stairs that provides access to a quiet section of the beach. Both bedrooms feature a queen bed. The view at the beach is spectacular with panoramic view of the Confederation Bridge. We have a new red roof so we are easier to find. It is perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. Century home & impressive waterview

The farmhouse is 100+ years old, located in an ideal country setting with an impressive water view, close to many amenities and only 25 mins from Charlottetown and 15 mins from the ferry. The house was vacant for over 10 years before I purchased it. It's been a challenging but rewarding process, bringing it back to life. There are still a few little projects to get to but for the most part, it's a cozy old home filled with character.
