Enjoy walks from door around Chichester Harbour AONB, sailing, paddle-boarding and windsurfing, or an amble around nearby Emsworth or Bosham. Suited to families or individuals, Thalassa has two bedrooms; one with a king size bed and one with bunk beds and an optional third bed. A comfortable sitting room and dining area, with a well equipped kitchen leads to a secluded private garden, with patio area.

Little Gaff is situated in private grounds, on a secluded road, which provides secure accommodation and private parking. The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.

The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.
