The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.

The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.

This is a self-contained annex to our lovely flint house, with your own entrance and boot room, a separate kitchenette and a table for leisurely breakfasts. You are welcome use the patio for a quiet evening drink or early morning coffee. We have a parking space for you with an EV charge point.

Our unique individual high spec boat, Samphire is suited to sleep two people, the boat is moored to their pontoon with panoramic views located in the picturesque and sheltered waters of Prinstead Bay in Chichester Harbour, Emsworth. The Ark is a delightful and totally unique floating romantic getaway and whilst on board you will notice that the tide comes and goes twice a day. With a walk in shower room, kitchenette, double bed and spectacular private decking.
