Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Procida

The location was very central, making every landmark of the city easy to reach or even at walking distance. Our host Davide has been super kind and available for late check in and city tips. I would recommend the location and stay 100%. Thanks!

Everything was perfect! The apartment is located in a neighborhood close to the port and Spanish neighborhoods. Great departure to visit the city of Naples. Accessible by bus from the airport an 8-minute walk. Francesco welcomed us and gave us a tour of the apartment. He also reassured me about the safety of the neighborhood and the city in general. There are a few steps to walk up to the entrance. So not necessarily suitable for a person with disabilities. Only small downsides: originally located in an apartment that was divided into 3 with a common entrance, it can be noisy if the other hosts who come in are not respectful and speak loudly in the hallway (everything was ok for us). On the other hand, no road noise. Our apartment was in a very quiet courtyard. There could be a small shelf in the bathroom to put the toiletries down. Grazie mille Francesco! I had a fantastic stay at this property! The interior is beautifully designed, with thoughtful decor that creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made me feel right at home. From the furniture to the amenities, everything looked and felt great, showing the care put into maintaining the space. I would definitely recommend this place to any friends visiting in the future, and I'd happily stay here again myself.

1st, Ischia! It’s amazing. Davide communicated very well and is very friendly and helpful. The rental was so cute and in a perfect location. Right on the beach, next to good food, and a short walk into town or to the Castello.

Loved Luigi’s apartment! The location is great as it is walking distance to several areas of interest. The apartment itself was very comfortable…especially the gem of a terrace. Luigi was helpful and kind - hearted arranged transport when we had to leave Naples on Easter Monday. We would love to return!

Communication with Vik was prompt, friendly and informative and instructions clear. The keys in the unit were helpful but not required. Elevator was great for luggage and groceries. The unit was in good condition and we found it very clean and tidy. Any small issue was immediately addressable. The bed in the loft was quite firm but very comfortable to me. Showers/ water pressure worked well. Bath linens could use a changeout. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and pots and pans but minimal pantry staples (for hygiene). The location was outstanding in the safe but lively Chiaia area and the unit was exceptionally quiet making for restful nights. We will be back to Napoli and stay in Vik’s place! We had a wonderful stay.

The housing experience was excellent, the hosts were very warm and friendly and helpful, but the only thing was that the wifi coverage wasn't particularly extensive, the rest was just perfect!

I loved my stay at Margherita’s House! Procida is a beautiful island, and the house is the perfect place to relax. I spent a month on Procida and had the fortune of hosting friends, as well as my mother and my aunt, during my time at Margherita’s House — everybody fell in love with the island and the house, as I did. Marco is also a fantastic host (incredibly kind, responsive, and pro-active), and if I ever return to Procida, I already know where I’ll be staying :)

Giuseppe's place was just what we needed with a great view. He was very responsive, helped us with renting a scooter, and was always willing to share some recommendations for things to do or places to eat, he really wanted us to enjoy and make the most of our stay. The place is a little bit out of the main town/port area but very walkable, 5-7 min walk to town. Only recommendation for the host is to provide a bit more amenities such as washing detergent and shampoo/conditioner etc.

This has been an amazing place to stay . I shall be recommending it to everyone. Giovani communicated and helped in every way possible and very quickly .Cannot fault him or the apartment .

Teresa is an excellent host. Quick responses and always ready to clarify any questions. You've been key to getting to know the island how to get around and where to go. A house kept like a wedding favor where we had a great time. Close to the center and the first necessities. I highly recommend going to Ischia and especially at your place. Thank you

What a gem! The apartment was lovely and cozy! perfect for 2! The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean white. The location is right in the heart of a lovely street bustling with restaurants and shops and cafes! I would definitely not hesitate and book this place if you’re a 1st timer visiting Ischia or a regular visitor. Thanks for the great response and communication Vito! and for your father coming to check on things. A super bonus is having laundry accessible while you stay. Everything was pristine , a home away from home . when you have a million questions like I did and I am so appreciative. tutto è stato meraviglioso. We had an idyllic stay on the island of Ischia and Chiara and Simone's place contributed a lot! The house is very nice. The terrace is amazing and we really enjoyed the sunsets facing the sea. This view is magical. Great for unplugging! The photos are all accurate. The private access to the beach allowed us to take a morning sea bath as soon as we woke up. A real luxury! Chiara was very good advice, very responsive, and guided us very well throughout our stay. You feel like a host who welcomes guests with pleasure. We can only recommend this place for a stay in Ischia.

A great stay, in a beautiful and very comfortable apartment, as described. Rossella is a particularly attentive and pleasant host. We really appreciated his welcome gifts and his help in guiding us when we arrived. She was always very responsive and friendly. We would definitely recommend it!

The breathtaking view is worth every penny and Ciompi is fantastic host, although easy to find on the map I would strongly recommend using the metro unless an experienced homer, as Google maps loves taking you up the stairs! Great pizza place just the local shops and a short walk from buses and metro, the walk to the central city is nice going downstairs too. 11/10 recommendation!

Giovanni's loft is very large and confortable, located in the hart of Naples shopping district, which is very busy but the apartment is at the 6th floor and therefore not noisy at all. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Great place to stay in Naples.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is very well located geographically, very well equipped with all the comforts and shops at the foot of the building.
