Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Nowhere Hut

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. La Cabane is located between a river (10 m away) and a terrace overlooking a pond. Not overlooked . Fully equipped two-bedroom accommodation with living room and bathroom, offering all the necessary comforts (excluding heating). The pond is entirely private during your stay, with unrestricted fishing. One pet (max.) is allowed, provided it is well behaved. Respectful of the local wildlife and not prone to escaping. Children are at your own risk. No Wi-Fi. Enjoy your stay!

Chaumes de Villeneuve "The Chalet"

Located a few km from Châtillon en Bazois, in the centre of France, only 3 hours from Paris, the "Chalet des Chaumes de Villeneuve" is located in the middle of a large garden and surrounded by hundred-year-old oaks, all a few steps from the Nivernais Canal. Its unique character and the calm of the place will offer you an authentic and comfortable stay in the heart of the Nièvre, in the Bazois, with views of the Morvan. Close to amenities: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy within 10 mins.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

There is also an elevator, this peaceful retreat will seduce you in a pleasant small town. 1 km walk to train station and supermarkets 750 meters from downtown and its amenities (bakery, tobacco, bar etc...)

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.
