Alternatively venture out and discover UNESCO sites, hilltop villages, medieval towns and the lakes and trails of the Morvan Park.

Saperlipopette Maisonette

This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge in the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. 20 min from the Great Lakes, stay in an old forge with rustic charm, surrounded by nature and animals. Large master bedroom (35m2) with private bathroom and toilet. Relaxation area with sauna, jacuzzi and rower. Optional, bedroom in an old hay attic (2 pers.) with shower and toilet. (No kitchenette) but 2 electric hobs and gas BBQ available with pots, pans, plates… Hikes from the house, games (boules, ping-pong, badminton) and bike rental.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (often dry) and many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group such as several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighbourhood too much. A haven of calm and nature. Places of healing, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Respect for the calm of the hamlet is required.

Nice little house in the center of the village without vis-à-vis. Away from the road, with a large lot, your children will be able to have fun with their pets. This Morvandelle house is very simple with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant little stay in complete independence. You can enjoy nature in absolute calm. The Settons and Pannecière lakes are nearby to enjoy the pleasure of water activities or fishing.

Bright Tiny House

Geniet van het licht door de grote ramen. Het huis biedt een moment van rust. Met een wandeling door de bossen en de velden van de Morvan, en de weldaad van het meer van Pannecière. Bezoek Bibracte en het museum van Vercingétorix, de toppen van de Haut Folin, en de bronnen van de Yonne. De gasten dragen zorg voor het huis, nemen eigen beddengoed mee en doen zelf de schoonmaak. Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

Perfect for a completely disconnected stay or teleworking: a comfortable cabin with stunning views of the Nièvre landscapes. Built in the spring of 2020 with local, new and quality materials to enjoy this beautiful place all four seasons of the year. This small house is 24 m2 inside and has a 15 m2 covered terrace. It is located in complete tranquility away from the road with very little traffic.

From November to March, you can ask us for a stay of at least 5 nights. From April to October, you can book from 2 nights We do not have fixed exchange days, holidays are there to be enjoyed and start whenever you want WELCOME!
