Holiday rentals with a sauna in Province of Arezzo

The setting is beautiful with gorgeous views in every direction. Sara is a wonderful host who was helpful and generous with her time and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Leo. Er ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber: s1ehr freundlich, aufmerksam, zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es gab Kuchen von seiner Mama für uns und er hat uns extra Sprudel besorgt. Wirklich über alle Erwartungen. Das Haus ist sehr schön, die Küche toll ausgestattet, eine schöne Terrasse, alles sauber und wir konnten sogar die Sauna in unserem Bad nutzen. Vielen Dank Leo, wir hoffen, wir sehen uns irgendwann wieder!

Loved the location of the property, was very peaceful and beautiful around the area. Everything is closeby to drive to in Tuscany. The pool table mentioned was unfortunately not cleaned when we visited. The rooms and property are clean and tastefully done with a well equipped kitchen to cook.

Villa De Sotto was simply magic. You could not ask for a better location, better food — and better hosts. Giulia and her family make every effort to give you a memorable stay — if you are there for the once a month live music at their restaurant, it will be a night you’ll never forget. The food is world class, and the fact the whole thing is run by one family makes it wholesome in the most perfect way. Do yourselves a favour and experience it with your friends and family!

Es ist eine sehr idyllische Gegend, wir fanden die Ruhe die wir brauchten und genossen die Umgebung. Da wir zu Feierlichkeiten in die Toscana eingeladen wurden, war das Anwesen mit den Pferden wieder eine Erholung und meine Kinder und ich möchten gerne nochmal wieder dort Aufenthalt machen.

Our family of 4 stayed at Marco's place for a month over December into early January. We really lucked out staying there. It's a very spacious apartment, exactly like the photo's, it's in great condition and very clean. Marco is a very responsive host, he organised parking for us for the month at the parking garage across the street, met us when we arrived, answered all our questions, took us on a walk through the historic centre and helped us book some restaurants for the first few days. He gave us lots of recommendation and ideas, and suggested a great restaurant for Christmas Day. His enthusiasm is infectious and you can't help but think of him as a friend. If we ever had an issue with anything in the apartment he would deal with it straight away. The location is amazing. It's literally right on the edge of the historic centre so you can walk easily in to all the action, walking distance to a large supermarket and the station. It's a home away from home and I would stay again!

When we first drove uphill through the beautiful green countryside and reached Monte Santa Maria Tiberina and Bourbon Palace, we were amazed by the breathtaking views and the charm of the ancient castle. The comfortable apartment is located on top of the castle with a view of the mountains. You can take a time out in the sauna area and then relax by the fireplace in the spacious and cozy living room. Everything was perfect. You can feel the special care for details. The location is incredible. The ancient architecture of the village and castle will make you feel like you are in a fairy tale. This is the place for a romantic time out in the middle of beautiful nature. You can take a deep breath and enjoy the sunsets over the mountains and the woods. Filippo and Silvia are the most thoughtful and fun hosts. They provided us with everything we needed and had excellent recommendations. Many thanks to Filippo and Silvia for such a wonderful time! We'll be back for sure, Andrea.

Matteo's place is absolutely stunning—spotlessly clean, surrounded by greenery, and staffed by incredibly friendly people. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Wir haben ingesamt 8 Tage auf dem Anwesen von Mateo verbracht und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist unglaublich idyllisch - ein toller, ruhiger Ort um sich zu entspannen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wurde zwischendurch sogar gereinigt. Auch die Pool-Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Restaurants und Supermärkte können innerhalb von ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto/Fahrrad erreicht werden. Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

숙소가 넓고 무척 깨끗합니다. 주방도 훌륭하고 화장실도 청결했습니다. 입실때 직접 맞아주시고 친절하게 설명해 주어서 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 모든것이 좋았고 다시 오고싶은 숙소입니다. Matteo님께 감사드립니다.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au Château! Rosita est une vraie perle qui nous a beaucoup aidé avec des recommandations locales. L’endroit est magnifique pour se reposer et profiter des environs. Le seul bémol c’est que nous sommes allés en avril et le Airbnb était rempli d’insectes (punaises marbrées). Ce sont des insectes plutôt inoffensifs, attirés par la lumière. Le Airbnb est à la campagne donc c’est assez normal. En plus, le temps était frais et humide durant notre séjour. Ceci dit, si vous avez une peur bleue des insectes (comme moi), c’est difficile d’y séjourner! Nous avons tué environ 20 insectes en 3 jours! En même temps, c’est le prix à payer pour rester dans un si bel endroit rustique et magique!

Siamo stati in questo meraviglioso casale ad agosto, famiglia al completo (2 bambini, 7 e 2 anni). Ci siamo trovati molto bene, casa pulita e ordinata, corrispondente con quanto visto in foto e letto nell'annuncio. Il giardino esterno ben tenuto e la piscina sempre pulita. Host disponibili e reattivi, ci hanno fornito diverse indicazioni utili oltre che accordarci flessibilità per l'arrivo e il check in. Ci torneremo sicuramente la prossima volta che saremo in zona.

Ostern war natürlich ein Risiko mit dem Wetter. Dann haben wir die Villa gefunden. Mit 33 Grad beheizten Pool - genau die Lösung. Großer wohn und Ess Bereich mit ebenso großzügigen Terrassen. Genügend liegen Handtücher alles prima. Nicht mit den Sportwagen kommen (die letzte Meile ist Schotterpiste und auf die Stufen zu den Schlafräumen einstellen. Dann die Ruhe und die Aussicht genießen! Das Abendessen in der Ölmühle is sein Geld und den Weg wert. 11 Tage gingen zu schnell vorbei.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and private farmhouse in Chianti. The setting is peaceful and scenic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our group of 10 adults and 4 toddlers were all very comfortably accommodated. Ann and Maurizio were exceptional hosts—their attention to detail really made the stay special. From the cozy rooms to the thoughtfully arranged common areas, everything was just right. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, which made cooking for our large group a breeze. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the charm of the Tuscan countryside in a quiet and well-cared-for home.

Wir waren eine Woche lang mit unserer Freundesgruppe im Haus von Aldo und seinem Sohn. Die Kommunikation mit ihnen war sehr unkompliziert und bei Problemen wurde uns schnell geholfen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Mit der Sauna und dem großen Pool im Garten gibt es kaum einen Grund das Haus zu verlassen. Und falls man doch mal Lust auf einen Ausflug hat, sind gute Eisdielen und schöne kleine Städtchen, wie Cortona, in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Danke für diese wundervolle, entspannte Woche!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders der wirklich große Pool und der sehr saubere Wellnessbereich sind hervorzuheben. Luciano und seine Familie waren sehr hilfreich und immer zugegen wenn man was braucht. Der Ausblick über das Val‘d‘Arno ist ein Traum und in 20 Min. Ist man in Arezzo. Auf eines möchte ich hinweisen: Die Betten sind in Top-Qualität und die Matratzen sind sehr fest. Wenn jemand weiche Boxspringbetten bevorzugt, könnten sie zu hart erscheinen. Das soll jetzt keine Kritik sein, nur ein Hinweis. Uns hat es sonst an nichts gefehlt (außer an besserem Wetter) und können uns gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Grazie mille é distinti saluti!

We had a great time at the villa. The pool was huge, and the villa itself exceeded expectations as the photos did not do it justice. We loved walking to the local bar in the morning to get coffee and pastries. And Fransisco had great recommendations for restaurants nearby.

After 8 hours of delay with our flight we arrived in the middle of the night at 2:15am. Nevertheless, Luciano and his daughter were there for us to help us with checkin. The house is super well equiped and everything is there for a great holiday. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, ping pong table and beautiful garden. The surroundings and view are spectacular. Communication wiith Luciano was a pleasure and super helpful and responsive. We are thankful to have visited this unique place. Thank you Luciano for welcoming us.
