Flat on the ground floor and a bright basement in the centre of Belluno, with a private garden. 5 minutes from the train station and 100m from the bus stop to get around Valbelluna. The apartment has internet, TV, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped and the 2 bathrooms are both equipped with sanitary ware and shower. The apartment was just completed with new furnishings and appliances.

It is surrounded by amazing scenery and hiking right from the front door. It is well positioned for the famous Dolomite Super Ski area, offering hundreds of kilometres of skiing.
