very nice and cozy house, it offers a beautiful outdoor space with a great view, in a very quiet area surrounded by nature. Very responsive and helpful host.

We felt very comfortable. Apartment was equipped as described and very clean. Contact was quick and knowledgeable at all times! Since it was a holiday, we were kindly provided with wine (on request) in the accommodation. For breakfast, the landlady was already ready: Bread, Nutella, jam, coffee, milk, juice, water, cornflakes and a cake. Olive oil, vinegar, pepper,salt, basil, as well as toilet paper, hand paper, detergent, detergent, detergent were also available. Towels were also sufficiently available. Thank you for everything!

massimo's place is located in a really quiet area, from which you can enjoy a nice view of the plain of Brescia. It is very sheltered and equipped with all the amenities to enjoy the beautiful garden. really recommended for those who want to spend a few days totally relaxing.

Absolutely gorgeous place. Not in the middle of the city and therefore peaceful and quiet. Cinzia surprised us with a huge fruit basket and a local cheese from around the corner. Absolutely recommend this place.

“Perfect stay in Brescia!” I stayed at this B&B with a friend for a conference, and the experience was excellent. The host was always extremely helpful and attentive to our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. The house is cozy, with attention to detail and decorated with very special objects, which give a truly unique atmosphere. One detail we particularly appreciated was the mix of herbs left by the host to prepare herbal teas: a special touch that made us feel pampered. The location is strategic: a few minutes' walk away is the metro that conveniently connects to the city center. In addition, you can reach the university in just 10-15 minutes, perfect for those of us who had academic commitments. The neighborhood also deserves a mention: quiet and equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend this B&B for those looking for a comfortable and cozy place to stay!

We had a lovely stay in Oliviero's apartment! The photos and description are accurate. The apartment is very charming, beautifully furnished and spacious. The location is perfect, in the center but in a very quiet street. Highly recommended!!

In a gate-protected complex, a generously furnished upper floor apartment. Roncola is located in a mountain village with a good starting point for hikes, e.g. Mount Linzone. About 30 minutes by car from Bergamo, depending on the selected route. Small shop in the village, about 6 km further recommended fruit/vegetable shop, otherwise in the valley. There was a lot of fog at Easter, which made the car route adventurous. Also think very suitable for children, as small animals are available to marvel at, foosball and other games, can be played in the yard, etc. Very friendly hostess, recommended!

A wonderful little hidden gem on a wonderful island in a wonderful lake! Floriana's house was a perfect place to stay on Monte Isola, we liked it so much that we extended the stay over several weeks. The quietness on the island, the sound of the water directly in front of the house, the wind on the lake, the many options for walks all over the island, the beautiful olive groves, villages and churches - and all of it carfree. We definitely fell in love with the island and will be back more than once...Thank you very much for sharing this very special place, Floriana!

We spent a beautiful family week at Luca's house. Great location to reach the ski areas of Donico and Monte Pora. The Host, friendly and helpful, welcomed us personally and provided all the required directions. The well-stocked accommodation is located in a quiet complex with a beautiful view of the mountains.

A beautiful old villa in a dream location right on the water - nothing else is possible

The house is very large, perfect for relaxing away from the city. We spent a few days with friends and had a very good time. Luca was kind, friendly and always available, he also recommended some places nearby to better appreciate the area. The gem is the spa on the top floor, very useful for a moment of relaxation. Highly recommended!

The house has an excellent location x view and also x get around being practically in front of Monte Isola. Matteo is a delight, he always responds and also in a timely manner to every message and if there are problems he does everything possible to solve them. I recommend everyone to stay this house, you will not be disappointed.

Large and spacious house with very beautiful landscaping. We had a problem with the pool but the host was very responsive and sent a technician to the house immediately and the problem was resolved in a short time. I recommend!

After a little difficulty finding the right place - sat nav took us elsewhere! - we spent an idyllic 14 nights at Villa Daniella. Would highly recommend it. Luca and his mother, were at hand if needed.
