CIELO is a spacious and bright triple room with double exposure, thanks to the presence of two balconies, one of which overlooks the Biella Prealps. The room, which is located on the first floor, can accommodate up to three people thanks to the availability of 1 double bed (on request, it can be separated into 2 single beds) and 1 single bed. The private bathroom of the room is on the ground floor. TERRA is the ideal double room for couples, friends or singles. Reserved and intimate, it is located on the first floor.

B&B Magnano - Gelsomino Room

Mini apartment on the first floor accessible by an external and sheltered staircase. Upon entering, there is a kitchen equipped with a table and chairs, a kettle, a sink, a food warmer oven, and a refrigerator. The bedroom is double and has an additional single bed. Two more beds are made up of the double sofa bed in the living area. The room is equipped with a wardrobe to store your clothes and items. From the anteroom you can access the bathroom with a comfortable shower.

Upon your arrival at THE LAKE HOUSE, it will be a pleasure for me to welcome you with a welcome aperitif served overlooking Lake Viverone. I will make sure you feel like welcome and pampered guests, and it will be a memory that you will take home with you and that will make you want to take another relaxing break here with me. Breakfast will be served on the terrace overlooking the lake so that you will start the day with a smile.

The price of the room for 2 guests is €90. The cost for the extra bed is €30 to be paid directly. We do not accept single people. The house surrounded by a large private garden offers the possibility of a very quiet stay. The very spacious room (with private bathroom) makes the stay comfortable. We are always available to guests for any need.
