Convenient location to visit the city and surroundings, available host, flexible check-in, he also gave us the possibility of late checkout since there would be no one the next day. Highly recommended!

The property is located in a bucolic area, very pleasant and relaxing. The place is small, but practical and has beautiful views of the garden. We especially enjoyed homemade bread and jam and chicken eggs. The host is very courteous and explained some things about the place; we would have liked to stop again to let us tell us much more about the woods, of which Paolo is an expert. The geese, the dog, and the tender kitten gave us moments of carefree!

Greta is truly an exceptional host and "My Nini" is welcoming, spacious, clean, and tidy. It is a historic building, furnished with style and attention to detail. It was truly a pleasure staying with you. (Photos don't do justice) Greta is also really helpful and kind, everything is perfect down to the smallest details! Recommended 😍

Emanuela was kind and very helpful in providing us with directions and tips on things to visit. The area is very nice, perfect for those who love walks. Natural parks and oases are about a halfhour away by car, so everything is easily accessible. The house is spacious and clean. It would need a renovation (especially the bathroom, which has a very small sink). However it is a well-equipped country house, with a huge terrace very enjoyable, and our stay was very pleasant! Thanks again for everything!

A pleasant stay in a well-kept and functional apartment, where every detail is designed to ensure comfort and convenience. The spaces are well organized, the comfortable bed favored a refreshing rest, as well as the sofa turned out to be perfect for moments of relaxation. The appliances are complete and working, as is the TV. When we arrived, we really appreciated the kind welcome: coffee capsules, packed brioche and bottles of water, small gestures that really make a difference.

The " Baita Sambuco" is located in a country setting, conducive to rest. The accommodation is very comfortable. The view is beautiful and many hiking departures are nearby. Sara is very available and friendly. She knows the region very well and will be able to guide you to the remarkable sites of this part of the piemont, ideally located between the Val d 'Aosta and the Po plain.

Cecilia was an amazing host. Extremely helpful and very available for questions, recommendations. Just a really sweet person. Even the neighbours were helpful and cordial. Parking in Italy is always a bit difficult but one overcomes. All in all I would recommend Cecilia’s place very highly. Thank you for everything Cecilia.

We felt very comfortable! Communication with Ilaria was friendly and easy at all times. In the accommodation you have all the possibilities you need to feel at home. However, it is recommended to arrive by car. While it is possible to reach several small towns on foot, you should expect about 1 hour walk to the lake. We enjoyed it very much

Magnificent apartment with ample space. Peaceful locations. Spacious terrace and great views. Spacious and well appointed bathrooms and bedrooms. However main bedroom area has large ceiling windows, which brought in beautiful natural light, though it would benefit from a covering for those who prefer a darker room in the morning.” Kitchen equipment and cabinet space somewhat lacking (e.g. colander for pasta, cheese grater, although water kettle and espresso machine greatly appreciated) Ample parking space

Super nice place- quiet with views over the lake. In 5 car minutes you are in the center of Stresa. Good beds and nice terrace with sun almost all day. Recommended!

The place is very spacious, quiet and well located. Mateo is a really very warm, likeable and helpful host. He gave us good tips for eating nearby and very much supported us with the transfer to the nearby airport. Thank you again for the delicious ice cream he gave us at the best ice cream parlor in Oleggias.

The flat benefits from the great View! The interior is nice, but overall cleaningness could be better (flooring, spider webs, kitchen). I would come again and hope the points will be taken up.

A wonderful stay. Villa Sardino is a charming place surrounded by greenery to find refuge even for a weekend. We had a great time: the apartments are spacious, very well cared for, with an elegant design, and what about the internal private SPA, an unexpected cuddle. The possibility of choosing between three different types of breakfast (served in the room) also completed the proposal perfectly. We'll definitely be back!
