Each room has retained its characteristics and each has an outlet in a different street. On the ground floor is living & dining area with terrace, garden. 2 bathrooms and well suited for up to 4 adults. Crib, high chair, washer /dryer. In a very quiet location, surrounded by olive groves and oranges plantations . Water park "Odissea" only 20 min away. Matera, Puglia, Tropea about 3 hours drive . In the village there is a supermarket , bakery, butcher, restaurants/cafes.

The apartment is located on the first line of buildings from the sea on the hill, and to the nearest beach is a 5-minute walk up the stairs. (return road takes longer). The picturesque beach "Baia Del Carpino" is a 15-minute walk away. The city of Scalea is 2km away and the main beach can be reached by a free bus that runs in July and August. The apartment has air conditioning located in the living room and master bedroom, and a kitchenette equipped with new household appliances and TV.
