We stayed at this place in August, we had a great time. Anna is a very kind person and very helpful, she satisfied our every request. The accommodation matches the description perfectly, there is nothing missing, panoramic location and very cool and ventilated. Very close to the sea , quiet area and reserved parking space. Recommended.

The apartment is spacious with everything you need. Clean, cozy and with a parking space. The host Francesco is an available person. Beautiful view that offers a magical vision.

Karolina's apartment was completely new and tastefully furnished. It had all the comforts. The location of the apartment was also good: close to the old town and with sea views. Communication with Karoline was pleasant. Thank you for staying in your nice apartment, Karolina!

The town was nice, small and very peaceful. The apartment was on top floor, private, clean, cozy and felt bigger than it looks like in the pictures. Big recommendation.

We were allowed to spend a week in this beautiful villa The view of the lake is incredibly beautiful. The owners and Antonio who took over the check in were always approachable and gave us great tips on beaches restaurants, etc. Regards, Family König

Irene and Vittorio were discreet hosts, they left us full freedom of action and were always available to meet our requests (from laundry soap to kitchen pots). The linens (sheets and towels) were fragrant, and in the middle of the stay they were completely replaced. We were provided with extra pillows (new, under vacuum). The garden is very nice and ideal for children to play safely (we were also lent a swing from their grandchildren). The silence that allows you to hear the noise of the sea a few meters away is priceless. There are dishes of all kinds (plates, bowls, trays, glasses, ladles and cutlery in abundance). Very comfortable sink and clothesline area, double outdoor shower in the green, and with hot water, superlative. Fresh water in the refrigerator and a welcome cadeau upon arrival. We would have extended the stay but the house was already booked by other guests. We will definitely be back, 10 and praises the hosts.

We stayed 10 days with my girlfriend at Tiffany's home and we felt really welcomed by her family, they picked us to the Casolare and shown us around. The place it's big, cozy and it was spotless when we arrived. Tiffany's family were super nice and eager to help and answer all the questions we came up with. If you wanna have a rent big house with a nice view to the Calabrian sea and live a full italian experience this place may be perfect for you.

From the very first we could not have been made to feel more welcome. Both Francesca and her mum could not have been more helpful from dealing with initial niggles ( our fault and misunderstanding) to providing advice and support throughout our stay. The apartment was wonderfully situated for the sea and for the climb to the Old Town. It is also only a short walk to the supermarket and numerous local shops. Cariati itself is a charming place which slowly seeps into you and leaves marvellous memories.

Fantastic experience. House beyond expectations... a villa in the quietest area of Praia a Mare and close to the most beautiful beaches... The house is beautiful. Very spacious, equipped with all the comforts. Very comfortable beds. Spacious and clean bathrooms. Very spacious bedrooms. Despite the period, the heat was not affected by the period because the house is very cool. Large living room with terrace with beautiful sea view. Parking lot in the cool. Large garden and plenty of relaxation space. Impeccable cleanliness. Great communication with Francesca and check-in that makes you feel right at home. I really recommend it to everyone. I'll definitely be back

We were my sister, my husband and I and EC was very communicative, very quiet, sure, good parking, very clean, only wifi was needed, the beds could be improved but they are good, very good space, location is close to everything, we love it!

Everything was perfect.

The host (who is actually Sonia and not Pasquale) was impeccable and helpful. The apartment is small but comfortable for three people. Unfortunately, the bathroom is not equipped with a bidet, an accessory that we are not used to giving up, while understanding that the space really did not allow it. Great cleanliness and quality of furnishings and amenities. The location is strategic halfway between the famous castle and the center of the village.

The best Spot when you want to spent the Day at the Beach!

Place is very nice. The house is in front of the sea so it is in a perfect location for those who want a relaxing vacation. The walk is very nice, not far from restaurants, super nice. A few minutes away there is a larger village where you can find supermarkets,shops, bars, etc... Mrs. Angela is very kind and helpful, she gave us a lot of useful information for our stay.
