It was a wonderful holiday with magnificent views as soon as you woke up you could see the sea :) very quickly and easily, you could reach the beach in sight! Giulia & Massimilano were always available and gave us more wonderful insider tips! Thank you so much for this great vacation ...

We were welcomed by Stefano and Matteo extremely courteously and kindly and felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. The pictures corresponded to reality. Especially great was the proximity to the sea (only 2-3 min walk away). There were also wonderful excursion options in the area! We particularly liked the boat trip to the flamingos in Comachio! We had booked the place as a family with 3 kids. Stefano and Matteo were always available to us and also allowed us flexible arrival and departure times, thank you for that!

We were super satisfied in Marco's apartment! We are family of four and immediately felt comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the apartment is generally very clean. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. Communication with Marco was super quick and easy. Towels were already available. A lot of love was put into this apartment, which you immediately felt. We will be happy to come back!

My family and I had a very good time in Maurizio's apartment, there is everything you need, it has a beautiful view of the sea and just cross the street to get to the beach. All services are within walking distance.

Extremely friendly and helpful host. The location of the accommodation is really strategic: a very short distance from both the sea and the city center. The apartment is located in a quiet area and is perfectly clean. I recommend this stay!

My parents spent a week at Silvia's apartment and had a great time. Silvia was very kind and always available. Apartment equipped with every comfort and very close to the beach, with a terrace overlooking the sea. They were able to use the bikes available to visit the area. Great!

The apartment was perdect. Close to the nature (seaside, valli di Comacchio) and the other things to do (lovely village of Comacchio, Ravenna, Bologna...), Stefania always respons quickly and clearly.

First of all, thank you to Michael for the hospitality. We had wonderful family holidays in the apartment, Michael was always easily accessible and had good tips for things to do. The location is really great, right on the sea, just out the door and you're there, it has a free beach right in front. Very good restaurants and the center can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. Only downside, it does not have an elevator, but since you only have to carry the luggage up once and down once, this is manageable. Sincerely, Leo
