The property was originally an old country house that has been completely restored respecting the original features and materials. The accommodation is a good starting point to discover the hinterland, in the past the land of the Malatesta, full of villages, for those who want to reach the golf clubs of the Adriatic coast or for those who want to challenge themselves in different cycling routes without forgetting "the wine and food" routes of our land. The house is equipped with heating and air conditioning, guests can take advantage of free wifi, rooms, individually decorated, have bathroom, television and air conditioned. Guests can enjoy a large garden, in which in summer you can have breakfast, with views of the surrounding hills and the sea. In the village there are several restaurants and pizzerias. At 20 meters from 'accommodation there is the theater Petrella, a little gem, which hosts national premieres. The sea is just a few kilometers from us!

The bathroom of this room is shared with another double room. A separate shower room from the bathroom on the corridor allows guests a better service.

Costs are depentant on season and relative to full apartment with b&b services (breakfast is served for a maximum 3 nights stay) or use of the kitchen. To rent the full apartment please refer to the listings called "B&B with pool (full apartment)” The B&B is built out of a 19th century stable. The ancient stone walls make it cool in the summer and warm in winter. It has two double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom – one of which has a jacuzzi and is also equipped for the disabled. The living/dining room has a fully-equipped kitchen corner if you wish to cook for yourself, or if you have special dietary needs. Each room has air conditioning, and – in addition to the central heating - each room has its own heat regulator, hairdryer and free wi-fi. In each room it is possible to add a single bed or a child’s cot.

Single room for rent with 2 beds, bed and breakfast only, new apartment, where I usually live. There is the possibility of adding an additional cot in the same room. Located in the centre, you can walk to the pharmacy, bank, Conad, and a place selling piadinas. It is an excellent strategic location for easily reaching Mirabilandia, Lido di Dante Ravenna, Forlì, Cesena, and Cervia. There is a bus stop under the B&B. Breakfast is provided at the bar opposite with a voucher. Relax while admiring the wonderful sunsets.

Attic room, spacious and quiet with private bathroom. It is not independent, it is accessed from the back entrance of my house. It has a double bed, a single bed and 1/2, air conditioning, table, fridge, microwave, kettle. It has no kitchen and no balcony. I provide: sheets, towels, shampoo and breakfast products. Kitchen is not available. A cleaning fee of 15.00 euros to 35.00 euros is required upon arrival, depending on the length of the stay.
