Holiday rentals with a pool in Province of Forlì-Cesena

During my recent stay in Italy, I was fortunate enough to experience a truly unforgettable getaway, highlighted by a magnificent private pool that made all the difference. Nestled in the heart of the Italian countryside, the accommodation offered a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the beauty of the property. The villa itself was charming, with rustic stone walls and vibrant gardens that set the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The highlight, of course, was the pristine private pool, which was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It was a joy to have such a refreshing oasis all to myself, complete with comfortable loungers and a shaded area for those hot Italian afternoons. The location was ideal, allowing me to explore nearby quaint villages while also providing a tranquil retreat to unwind in the evenings. We had a fantastic time at Ivan's cottage for two weeks. It is in a great location on top of the hill between the vineyards. The views both day and night are fantastic. Ivan is also a wonderful host. Responds very quickly and thinks along and comes up with fun things. For example, we even had a BBQ and wine tasting with our family. Super cozy. I think we'll definitely visit again. Highly recommended if you like peace and privacy. Nearby also nice trips possible. Bologna, Ravenna, Rimini, Venice and Florence is all good to do in a day.

The hosts were very friendly and responsive answering all queries very quickly. The accommodation was exceedingly tidy with a well equipped kitchen and everything you needed during the stay. The pool was a good size and clean. The house had air conditioning in the two bedrooms although not in the main living part of the house which did get quite warm in the August heat. We used the wood fuelled BBQ once but didn’t take the opportunity to use the pizza oven. Most days we ate one meal at the accommodation and one in a local restaurant (many to choose from and the host offered recommendations). The whole building was made up of two accommodations (the one we hired and a second where the host was staying) although this can also be rented out. Although the hosts were on site in the adjacent house, they kept out of the way and cleaned the pool daily leaving and were on hand for queries. The surroundings are very lovely. Stia Poppi are definitely worth a visit. Florence can also be easily done by train. The house is simple but has everything you could need. Especially the terrace with BBQ and the pool ( with a view ) are great. The TV has a lot of channels so we could also watch the European Championship.

Nice and beautiful house with wonderful swimming pool. Good host, beautiful surroundings. Very nice place to discover Italy with lots of nice things nearby and to relax!

Exceptional welcome, attentive team, very warm and attentive. Direct access to the private beach from the residence,apartment as described, clean with balcony and sea view from almost all apartments. I recommend, a very good value for money for a family stay.

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

Large, comfortable apartment, a little dated in the fixtures. A few small amenities to improve, such as the lack of towels and a colander not suitable for 6 people, but overall very well. TV with decoder and therefore 2 remote controls, convenient indoor parking, air conditioning in the 3 rooms, tennis court and pool. The free beach is not far away. A pleasant vacation, it would be nice to be able to go back.

If I could, I would give them 6/5 stars for their friendliness, their beautiful place, the great recommendations for our bike, hike and restaurant tours and they hospitality! I would recommend the place 100% and will definitely visit again.

Fantastic modern accommodation in a great location. In the house there are four holiday apartments with which to share the pool. Everything is super well maintained, clean and modern. The outdoor area is also lovingly designed and well maintained. Fabio and Monia are super friendly and provide you with tips for the area. We will be happy to come back :)

Marco is a super responsive, friendly and trustworthy host, he provides detailed and accurate information at the right time before the stay. Everything is clear and clear. The apartment has private parking and is very easy to access. It is also spacious,very nicely decorated and tasteful. The bed is really exceptional! We had a great time, the beach is a 7 min walk as Marco mentions, it's really very nice. The only small suggestion for improvement (if you are really a perfectionist!) that could be made is a better soundproofing of the window and ceiling but Marco has already provided it, proof that he is committed to the well-being of the people he welcomes. The value for money is really good for this apartment. Thanks for the stay, see you again.
