L'appartamento e' al piano terra e tutti gli ambienti hanno accesso diretto al grande giardino. Potrete visitare Roma e rilassarvi nella piscina godendo del panorama intorno. We offer two apartments on the the ground floor of our home. Appartamento Vigne Piane has a large bedroom with a private balcony and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a living room (with sofa bed) and an extra bathroom. This spacious apartment has two private entrances and a well-equipped kitchen. Vigne Piane is ideal for couples, families, and friends traveling together. Our pool invites to leisure and the thick walls of our typical Italian home sustain a pleasant indoor climate year-round.

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

You can enjoy the beautiful pool during a warm summer's day, or take long hikes along multiple mountains surrounded by vivid green scenery.
