A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.
“After a few hours, my girlfriend and I cannot help but retrace with mind and heart the places where Piero did us the honor of staying. I brought my girlfriend here to spend her birthday, and the experience in the chalet was beyond expectation. Difficult to describe it in words, you just have to try it. Provided that, as Piero says, you are a person "with a good soul". Feel free to spend a break from the chaotic life of the city, forget work, worries, bad thoughts, bring someone you really love and let yourself be carried away by the place, by nature, by Piero's impeccable advice. Enjoy this collage of sensations and flavors, don't find them around, trust a traveler.”
The estate of Verzano is an old country house with untouched charm, immersed in the Roman countryside and belongs to the same family for over 150 years. It enjoys an incomparable view, with well-kept grounds and a beautiful swimming pool.
“What a beautiful location and what a rest. It is a stay on the property of a farmer who works hard for his money. Although you sometimes meet each other, the family leaves you alone if you need it, but at the same time they are super hospitable if you do seek contact. Tasty fresh Italian coffee when you sit outside is offered and you can swim in the pool (which is a big pool) with a beautiful view. Quite a few moments were spent in and around the swimming pool at sunset. Really breathtaking on some evenings. Giadda is a super sweet and responsive host. She has given us various tips to undertake or visit. She was always available when needed. You always need a car for a trip from the ground up. The place is wonderfully quiet which also means that it is mainly a piece of land for themselves and nothing else. The farm has all the animals that belong to it. Cozy cats who come to greet you once you have had good contact. They also ensure that they stay away from you if you do not want them to come close. The dogs of grandma who lives on the same terrain make more noise than they are big. Super sweet creatures who like to look the cat out of the tree. We had a great time there. Thank you Giada and family”
The Maisonette is a beautiful loft in the center of Rome run by a lovely couple (an Italian lady and a French man). The holiday home is just five minutes bus ride and 20 minutes walk from Termini Station.
