Are you looking for a relaxing getaway and a unique experience in nature? Nido Felice is a cozy terraced house equipped with all comforts. Located in the heart of Rocca di Mezzo, just a few steps from the Mother Church and the Belvedere, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. A perfect retreat for 3 or 4 people in one of the most picturesque areas of Abruzzo 🌿. You’ll be inside the Sirente-Velino Natural Park, rich in hiking trails and ski resorts (Campo Felice and Ovindoli)

Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed and fireplace, extra bathroom.

Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Detached house, close to the center of the village of Capestrano, located in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Lega National Park. The house can be used all year round because it is equipped with every comfort and can be used by couples, families or groups thanks to its large spaces. The location is strategic for visiting both the mountains and the sea, with an equal distance in both cases. There is also a small outdoor patio that can also be used for a pleasant aperitif outdoors.

Beautiful recently renovated historic house with a splendid view of the mountains of the Roveto Valley. Spread over three levels, it has a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a living room at the entrance (with a sofa bed). A few meters away, there are free parking lots, usually free. Supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants within walking distance and located within 700 meters. 30 m from the important historical site of the Emissary Claudio Torlonia.

A few steps from the central square of Ovindoli, a refuge built close to the stone, in a pedestrian street but still easily accessible to the driveway. Wood and rock its distinctive features, a large fireplace, and all the comforts of a modern home. We love this house because for our family it is "the place of the heart❤️", a nest that encompasses warmth and lightheartedness, freedom and nature, wind, sun and snow.

Located in the historic center of the small village of San Lorenzo di Beffi, on the hills of the Aterno Valley, the house is immersed in the nature of one of the most beautiful regional parks in Italy, that of the Sirente Velino mountains.

Beautiful independent villa on land of about one hectare, with olive groves, centuries-old oak and enchanting views of the green of the Roveto Valley. Ideal place to relax surrounded by nature, for long walks and cycling, horseback riding, visits to the hermitages. A few kilometers away: Sora, the enchanting waterfall of Isola del Liri, Lake Posta Fibreno, Zompo il Schioppo nature reserve, Sponga Park, the castle of Balsorano, the tunnels of Claudio and Alba Fucens.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
