Beautiful place by the ocean!

I cannot stress enough how amazing Simone's house is ! We came for one night on our way from France to Rome. We discovered this absolute pearl than Viano is, got a very peaceful stay and the most Italian warm welcome at the local restaurant... Truly amazing place ! We highly recommend !

The apartment is in a quiet and beautiful area. Walking distance from the train station and a close supermarket. Excellent for those who want quite place and a beautiful view. The apartment is bright , spacious and well equipped . Julia is a wonderful host. She insisted on a personal checking even though we arrived late. It was important to her to explain everything and get our attention. She gave a quick response to every question and concern. Looking forward to coming again.

The cottage and it's garden are a very peaceful getaway close to the lush coast of San Terenzo and Lerici. The beach and groceries shop are only 15min walking and there's a GR-route passing nearby.

The apartment has been recently renovated, so furnishings and interiors are new and modern. The spaces are well cared for and very clean as the linen. The property is in a quiet and central area from which you can easily move on foot to reach the historic center of Pontremoli, which is a beautiful medieval village overlooked by a beautiful castle. Riza clearly provided us with all the necessary information for our short stay and was really kind. When we arrived, we found fresh water for us in the refrigerator, a simple gesture that we really appreciated given the high temperatures. Highly recommended!

We were received very kindly and extremely helpful right from the start. Mario and his wife are very hospitable and we were very happy about the regional treats we were present to welcome you on the table. The cottage is small but nice, very nice and furnished with Italian charm. We felt very comfortable, the view from the terrace was magnificent. The only thing that was difficult was that we had imagined the apartment bigger based on the photos. The living room was completely filled by the pulled-out couch, which we needed as a bed and could not serve as a living room. We assumed that the large terrace was counted as a living space and so everything was a little smaller than in our imagination. The cottage is ideal for a family of four but not so suitable for individuals or two couples. Also because the lower closet cannot be used as a wardrobe.

Excellent stay at Pier Francesco's, we loved the accommodation which is super warm, quiet, well equipped and with stunning views of the entire bay! We found it in a great location because it was very quiet while being close to the city. La Spezia is a perfect location to visit the 5 lands and the Gulf of Poets. in short, what positive and we highly recommend this Airbnb!
