The villa is located in a private residence with a 24-hour guard. The distance from the sea is about 700 meters of grove that can be reached on foot by bike or car. You have access with an open gate with a remote control that is given along with the keys. The outside and some interior parts renovated in 2020. The villa is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a veranda , the living room with kitchen and on the upper floor two rooms, a balcony and a bathroom. The villa has private parking
