Holiday rentals with breakfast in Province of Modena

Alberto’s place is in a stunning location, situated on a wooded hilltop with panoramic views of the valleys surrounding it. It’s very quiet and peaceful and you’re right in amongst nature! The apartment is well equipped and was very clean. We received a very warm welcome by Alessia, Ty and Alberto upon and Alberto even had some Mortadella, homemade bread, some duck eggs and red wine waiting for us after a long journey! We felt very relaxed and comfortable using the lovely gardens and outdoor spaces with our 18 month old who had a great time exploring. We bumped into Alberto on a couple of occasions and had nice conversations with him, he also gave us some great local tips! It was a perfect get away for us, grazie Alberto 🙏🏼

The views and serenity found at this place are unmatched. The owners are extrememly kind and responsive. The town is very calm. There is a nice grocery store by bus in the neighboring city Vergato. If you need a bus, look up the daily schedule via Google Maps. Any questions and the owners will help you.

There were four of us staying at Elena's apartment for an overnight stay on the weekend. This is ideal for several people, but it has three bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. We all liked it very much, it is large, bright, friendly, nicely furnished, quietly located and has a balcony overlooking the countryside and the countryside. Also in the magnificent large garden, surrounded by beautiful nature, there is an area where you can sit comfortably and end the day, for example. Elena and Michael were great hosts, very friendly and helpful. They helped us with a question. We can really recommend the apartment.

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. I had a great, great time at Katia's beautiful apartment. Even though it's not at the city center, it is still not difficult to find since the tran station is 30 seconds on foot away from the apartment. The buses are also around the corner, so it was really a lovely stay. I would definitely recommend her place if you are looking for something convenient and don't mind not being directly by the old town. Katia is a super friendly person and she always responded very quickly to my further questions!

Great place in the heart of Bologna!

Giovanni’s apartment was excellent! It’s located in a very quiet and charming area, with beautiful little streets and lovely buildings. The bus stop to the city center is just a 2-minute walk away, super accessible, and the center itself is also close — really convenient. The apartment is modern, cozy, clean, and well-organized — we had everything we needed. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage. There’s even a mini market right nearby, which was super handy. Big thanks to Giovanni for being so kind and available! He responded quickly to any questions we had and was always there to help whenever we needed something. On top of that, he regularly checked in to make sure everything was okay. Communication was excellent. We highly recommend Giovanni’s apartment — it made our stay in Bologna a truly lovely experience. Best of luck, Giovanni! Sending greetings from Romania! Walid was a great host. We were grateful he was able to accomodate us with a late check in as the only flights we were able to book arrived at night. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything you would need provided. There is a bus stop nearby but we ended up walking into town everyday. Would recommend and would stay again.

Exceptional location in the heart of the city center. It's a well appointed one bedroom with easy access from the train station and airport. The space is clean and comfortable. This was my second stay and my choice location when I return to Bologna again.

Roberto was incredibly helpful throughout our stay—before our arrival, during check-in, and even while we were in Bologna, he kept us well informed and made everything easy. The studio apartment was just as shown in the photos—compact, but with everything you might need. Entering the building through the beautiful porticos and staying in a traditional Bolognese home was such a unique experience. Honestly, this place offered everything I hope for in an Airbnb: a central location, authentic atmosphere, a thoughtful and attentive host—and of course, the lovely touch of complimentary tea, coffee, peanuts, and chocolate!

We booked this place because of the proximity to airport and it was a very easy 20 min walk. I wish we stayed in this place for longer, it exceeded all the expectations! Very clean, cosy and with crazy attention to details - make up remover, cotton pads, snacks.. there was everything you could possibly need. Cute little balcony to enjoy our evening cup of tea :) Flexible self-check-in with easy to follow instructions, was perfect for us as we arrived very late and left very early.

It is just great. Not a travellers airbnb, to get a cheap accomodation...it is also not private. It is exactly what and how airbnb started. A super nicw, very beaitiful furnitured house and room with a perfect view on the landscape. It iy super calm and nice, but you can only reach well by car. an extraordinary experience, which is by far better than the nowadays way too expensive flats in cities, selling their shitty rooms quite over priced. We really enjoywd our stay a lot, Laura is great, talks excellently English and will make you feel welcome. wonderful and one of my best experiences in airbnb, even though I mostly give 4 or 5 stars, if price and service ratio was okay. Communication with Piero was very easy from the beginning. Her apartment a handful of minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore allowed us to fully enjoy the city center and take breaks in our days. Piero gave us several recommendations that all improved our stay. Don't hesitate to ask him for some tips and addresses. Special mention to music breakfasts, served in his living room with soulful decoration. We highly recommend this homestay experience, and to be honest, we don't see how it could have been better!

Paola was very kind, we had a very good time. Apartment clean and with all the comforts, even for breakfast. Parking under the house and close to the center.

Lira greeted us, we communicated via Google translate app. She gave great local restaurant recommendations and made reservations for us. Room was spacious, comfortable, with extra linens and king bed. En-suite bathroom, plenty of hot water. Large breakfast, farm fresh, served by host. Great coffee, pastries and farm products. Great place to stay for our 2 families before leaving from Bologna airport. Parking on site. Very nice place, tidy and clean. Sweet and caring hostess! Really good restaurant and breakfast.

We loved our stay at BB Ceraseto! It was sooo beautiful, easy to get to by car and the beds were comfortable. Would stay again and would recommend!

I stayed at this vacation rental with my girlfriend. Clean room and private bathroom, tidy shared kitchen. No disturbance from the other tenants.
