The other two are dedicated to hospitality: a Bed and Breakfast with four rooms and a Holiday Home.

Outside there is a large fenced garden with swimming pool. The house is 10 minutes from the highway toll booth, 30 minutes from Modena and Parma and 50 minutes from Bologna.
