A spiral staircase leads up to the beautiful terrace overlooking the valley and the surrounding old roofs. The view of the valley is beautiful, the terrace is airy, but sheltered from the wind at the same time. On a sunny day, in all seasons, eating on this terrace is a real pleasure, surrounded by a beautiful view and the typical sounds of the village and nature at the same time. The house is equipped with everything, cozy and well furnished, the cost is really low and competitive with seaside residences.

Marvellous apartment in a typical Sardinian style, decorated with soul and love. Comfort and charm of ancient and natural elements such a stone and wood, makes it unique, special, and ofcourse, homey. Great for a couple or a family/group of four. Equipped with everything for comfortable rest. Home, terrace and the view that you'll find hard to leave. I suggest to my guests to rent a small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.

It consists of a bedroom with two single beds, that can become a double bed, a bathroom, a kitchen dining room and a nice veranda with colorful flowers. From January 2025, the Municipality of Baunei requires the payment of a tourist tax at check-in: 1€ per day, per person, for a maximum of 7 days.

The apartment is located in the center of Santa Maria Navarrese 100 meters away. From the marina where from here by boat you can reach the most beautiful beaches such as Cala Mariolu, Cala Luna, Cala Biriola... In 2 minutes walk you can reach the beaches of the center, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, pharmacy, children's playground, ATM, etc...
