Great location, 5 min walk to train station close to Centro storico, close to bus stop to take you to the beach ( 5/7 mins walk) Nice comfortable clean apartment with all amenities. Great communication from host . We would stay here again in Cagliari

Sabina and Andrea's place feels good and quiet. Impeccable room, simple but tastefully furnished and equipped with the main comforts. Yes, you can put the car in a sheltered courtyard. When I arrived, Sabina welcomed me, who was very kind. Highly recommended for those who want to visit the beautiful surroundings in total serenity.

Roberta was a responsive and friendly host. She was able to meet us on arrival to show us, the very convenient, car parking. She greeted us enthusiastically and shared her great knowledge of the area and facilities. The apartment was bright, fresh and quiet. We especially enjoyed the gifts on arrival and the beautiful oil. We had an amazing stay! We stayed for 6 nights, we are a family of 3 with a 2 years old. The location is great and and the parking available is very convenient. The place was exactly as described, clean and with everything necessary. It's close to amazing beaches and sights. Stefano was a great host, always very responsive and proactive, with good suggestions and providing us with clear instructions and a warm welcome. Definitely recommended, we'd come here again if we are in the area.

This place is amazing! It’s a hidden gem and offers all the comforts of home. The outdoor and indoor seating areas are charming, and the bedrooms are well furnished and comfortable. The pool was nice to come back to after a long day, and our host was very sweet and accommodating

The apartment is five minutes from the beach of S.Giovanni, a small and quiet village, ideal as a base to explore the beaches from S.Teodoro to the Gulf of Orosei. We had a great time, the apartment is simple, clean, functional and with all the comforts for a nice week at sea. Parking in the courtyard (but also plenty of space on the street). Massimo was very available for check-in and local tips.

Accommodation small for us great location. It was in a quiet location. Shops were within walking distance as well as the beach. Parking in the garage or on the street very easy. The kitchen was well-equipped, with everything we needed. The owner explained everything to us and gave us many types for trips and restaurants. The city center is also very easily accessible by public transport. Bus stop on foot 7 min. I like the waste separation. We felt safe and comfortable.

The space was gorgeous with a breathtaking view. We loved our stay in Santa Maria Navarrese. We highly recommend this place for the view and modernity of the place. A big thank you to Mercedes and his brother Andrea!

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

We had a wonderful time with Taty and Luca. The two are great hosts, were always easily accessible and very accommodating. The apartment is like in the Listing described and the view of the sea is simply fantastic. We felt right at home. The entire property is very well equipped - especially in the kitchen there is nothing missing and you can cook wonderfully. The sea is a minute walk. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the apartment, as well as Taty and Luca as a host. :)

Elena's apartment was really lovely -- super modern, spacious, and clean. She provided tons of amenities (towels, beach towels, beach bags, cooking utensils, etc). She was also very responsive and helped us out with finding a late night taxi for a night out. Overall, a really nice stay. Some things to note: - The pool has a swimming cap policy for when you are fully in the water (swimming caps were also provided for all guests). This was a bit annoying conceptually but it ended up being totally fine and kind of funny, so it shouldn't be an issue unless you want to do a hair flip photoshoot in the pool. - The free street parking was not immediately outside of the property (was around 3-5 mins walking) so keep this in mind if you have a lot of luggage to unload.

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, clean equipped with great amenities. It is clear that it has recently been renovated and with appreciable choices. It is particularly quiet, in the center of the village and close to the streets that lead to fantastic natural places. The host is very helpful.

Staying at the apartment was really special! It looks even nicer than in the photos and is super well maintained. You can walk to pretty much everything you want to see in Cagliari. Restaurants and shopping street are also within walking distance. The beach can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Communication was super nice and flexible. Only the smell within the living room takes some getting used to - maybe a little too much room scent. The parking situation is a bit difficult on site, but you can always find something with patience. :)

Nice, very clean flat. Wonderful terrace with great view. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Bus-stop closeby, easy to get to the centre. Very quiet surroundings, we felt safe. We had some problems with the door-lock, and got help immediately from Emanuelas brother. Emanuela was always helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Great stay!

The photos are an injustice he should include a video! So well appointed, immaculate, and luxurious we enjoyed our stay so much. The only reason we stayed in the area was because of your place. We did leave a dayearly, but that was because of rude people .we were sad to to leave you’re beautiful par de Terre Reno well done and well appointed !

We had a fantastic and relaxing time at Giuseppe’s house, which is stunningly beautiful, and in such a fantastic location. We were able to walk into town along the beach each evening to go for dinner, and really enjoyed walking down to the beach immediately below the house to have a swim each morning. Giuseppe is a fantastic host, and was really flexible and friendly, providing us with nice clear instructions, and great recommendations for local restaurants.
