stunning top floor flat within city center's heart

Really nice top floor studio-flat behind the Town Hall and the Fontana Maggiore the main city center' square. The flat is in the most sacred old town'street, on the 4th floor of a medioeval building with no lift. It has an independent kitchen, mosaic bathroom and a nice terrace with a gorgeous view to eat and get tanned! The flat has just been renovated with wodden floor, new beds and fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi and TV. Towels and bed linen are included! Have a nice staying!

Apartment in the historic centre on the cliff of Orvieto, with a 180 degree view of surrounding hills, full of light and in a very quiet place where you can spend days surrounded by greenery and art. This apartment is for people that during their holidays like to spend a bit of time to relax and enjoy the great food and countryside of this lovely town. The position is very good , just 5 minutes from the parking lot and from beautiful cities and hot springs.

Total immersion in greenery, among the Umbrian hills, ideal for relaxation and contact with nature. Nearby are small villages such as Ficulle and Città della Pieve and the city of Orvieto. The apartment has a large bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge and all the necessary dishes to set the table and cook. Final cleaning and all linens are included in the price.

Studio apartment in historic building

Our studio apartment is located in the centre of Perugia, in the Borgobello district, one of the most beautiful and lively parts of the city. Although it is in a historic building, it has a lift, but unfortunately, as it is subject to the Superintendency, IT DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. From our accommodation, you can walk to the centre of the Acropolis in 10 minutes and visit the architectural and artistic wonders that our city has to offer.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

It is therefore possible to unload luggage in front of the entrance by car. With free or paid street parking.
