Beach House is located on the shores of Lake Trasimeno. The location is lovely, it's one of the few properties on the lake. The location allows you to admire breathtaking sunsets in all seasons of the year, where the shades and magic of colors will forever remain a wonderful memory. You can admire the numerous fauna of the lake.

Apartment in a typical Umbrian farmhouse (composed by three apartments). The apartment is on the ground floor, on the first floor live the owners. It is for 5 people and had got 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed and private bathroom with nice lake view 2 double bed and private bathroom and and terrace 3- single bed and private bathroom Living room and a tiny kitchen. The apartment has also a nice veranda with beautiful lake view. We have a nice swimming pool we like to share with our guests.

Relax in this peaceful renovated hilltop farmhouse between Tuscany and Umbria. Dating back to the 1200's, this stone house has been lovingly maintained in it's original style. Outside you can enjoy 2 hectares of total privacy, including the large 72 square meter pool with 270 view of the Italian countryside . In addition, the surrounding nature provides hiking and fishing opportunities on the lake only 30min walking time.
