Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

Just a five-minute drive to the center of Città di Castello. IG: @bilocalenelbosco NB: From July 1, 2024, it is mandatory to pay the tourist tax for the Municipality of Città di Castello. The tax is equivalent to 1.5 euros per night per person for a maximum of three nights, to be paid on site.

We recommend a visit to the Rossini Theater and the birthplace of the composer Gioacchino Rossini to whom the historic "Rossini Opera Festival" music festival is dedicated.

La Canocchia is a fishermen's cottage overlooking the harbour. Renovated with respect for its history, but equipped with all comforts, including a washer-dryer, induction hob, hot/cold heat pumps, and dishwasher. Close to the equipped beach, downtown and all essential amenities. Ideal for two guests, it can accommodate a third adult on the bed/sofa on the ground floor. The bathroom and double bedroom are on the first floor. (Tourist tax 2 euros/person/day to be paid on site).
