VILLA GIO', great pool , 12/14 people, near Venice

We recently enjoyed a fantastic week-long stay at this villa, and it was truly an holiday to remember. Our group of nine found the villa spacious, comfortable, and clean. Suzanna welcomed us warmly and was always on hand if we needed her. The WiFi was good. The highlight of the villa was undoubtedly the pool. Pristine (cleaned almost daily) and inviting, it provided endless hours of relaxation and fun. The outdoor area was large and very comfortable, offering plenty of shaded seating and space for dining outside. We loved the table-tennis table too. The villa's interior was basic but clean - we only used it really for sleeping. The kitchen had everything we needed (a kettle would be a great addition!) and 3 bathrooms with showers was plenty. Having a car is highly recommended. The villa is in a peaceful, scenic location, but you’ll need a car to explore the surrounding area/food shopping etc. Good shops and bakeries are close by. Lastly, don’t forget to pack some mosquito spray!

The villa is amazing, the location is perfect and with breathtaking views of the mountains and surrounding area. It is especially family-friendly, very cool place! Giuseppe is a fantastic host, very responsive and friendly, he certainly made sure we felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again, it is a very unique experience in Polcenigo! Lucia's place was stunningly gorgeous- modern, a panoramic view, impeccable landscaping and all the amenities you'd need. One of our favourite Airbnb places out of 40 we've stayed at. The pictures do not even come close to doing the space justice, it is just so beautiful when you arrive!

Lovely Countryside Villa Retreat

Everything matched the photos and description. You rent a small rear part of the house with a separate entrance. You also have a terrace that is not shown in the photos. And a large parking space. At the end of September it had already become a little cool and we would have liked to use the heating, but could only heat with the air conditioning. That worked, but of course only in the bedrooms where the air conditioning was available. Renato was friendly and helpful.

Andrea and Deborah were amazingly welcoming and kind. They showed me around their beautiful house and answered my questions. The gorgeous home was absolutely spotless and the attention to detail in terms of furnishings gives the home a warm inviting atmosphere. Furthermore, the vintage photo- graphs offer a glimpse into the family history of the home. I felt very relaxed and comfortable as did Archie, our Golden Retriever and we would definitely stay here again.

Super location suitable for companies because it is isolated and with ample outdoor spaces that allow activities (football, volleyball, tennis, bocce ball) or relaxation (sun terrace, jacuzzi, sauna both inside and outside the house). From the area there are also several hikes of different levels. The essential amenities ( bakery, well-stocked mini market, taverns and pizzerias, butcher shop) are just a few minutes away by car ( no more than 7). House located in a super panoramic point. There's no shortage of technology, seamless access to devices. Beautiful experience to do again !!! Beautiful experience, to do again.

It was so special to be welcomed by this great couple into their lovely home. We had car difficulties which delayed our arrival and Valentina was patient and good-humored, preparing (and holding for hours) a delicious dinner upon our arrival. A soft landing to a hard day. And then to awaken to such gorgeous views and tasty breakfast, wow!

We've had a lovely time at Casa Cervade. We were welcomed most kindly when we arrived and Renata had so many great recommendations for things to visit. The region is tremendously beautiful and well worth a visit. Next to that, the house itself is perfect. It has everyting you need for a family of six adults. The outside of the house is even beter. They have a great and large garden in which you can sit in both the sun and the shade. All in all, we had a great time and enjoyed the kindness of Renata and her family.

A beautiful villa with a cozy terrace for summer evenings and sunny breakfasts😊. The furnishings are very stylish, the kitchen is fully furnished so we could cook comfortably. Two bathrooms with three bedrooms were also very convenient. We were very comfortable. Ralf is a great host, gave us many recommendations for the area.

We had a very nice time in this charming apartment. Everything was as described and as seen in the photos. From the terrace you have a great view over the wide valley. We loved this place! It was spacious, super comfortable and just easy to get to by car or walking. Lots of walkable places to eat and sights to see. We had a small issue with the heater and it was a very cold time when we were there but the hosts were very responsive and was able to help us very fast! Truly worth every penny! Highly recommend
