Manicured accommodation and surrounded by nature but close to Florence! Super recommended

Excellent stay in this magnificent Tuscan house where Elena welcomed us with good humor and great kindness. Thanks to her! The accommodation (an apartment in a house that has 2) is as described and well arranged for a family of 5 like ours (3 children from 10 to 5 years old). The pool (not too hot!) is a real plus because it was very hot during our stay! It is cleaned every morning discreetly. The kids loved playing with Primo the little cat and enjoying the large garden. We were afraid that the promiscuity with the other tenants was a problem (noises of children in the pool) but this was not the case. Luckily, we didn't have the same schedules and everything was done very naturally 😉 An important info: each room has its own, helpful fan. We also recommend leaving the windows and doors open at night, to enjoy the wind that blows very pleasantly in the evening. Grazie Mille!

This small eco sustainable farm is a great place to get away from it all. With views across yellow fields towards the distant hills, the accommodation is spacious and well appointed. We were made to feel very welcome by Barbara and her family, including the exuberant dog!! Highly recommended.

We stayed here for less than two weeks and felt very comfortable. The house is very lovingly decorated and the outdoor area with the trees is wonderful for relaxing in great heat. Olivia and Jethro are very welcoming and you can tell how they care about these spots. Thank you

The villa is beautiful, Isabella speaks very good French, is very helpful, there is walking access to several restaurants (5min) and the breakfast is amazing, just like the view...you will not regret your visit.

Second time I stay in Maria Chiara's apartment and as always a relaxing weekend in a wonderful place. Highly recommended

It’s an amazing peaceful place to stay, private pool was a great size provided by a brilliant host who gave a variety of recommendations one of which being horse riding along the hills which was fantastic! This location is not far from both Florence and Pisa giving us plenty of opportunities to go and explore. If you want modcons this is not the place for you and if going around august time ensure you have plenty of insect repellent. Gemma was an amazing host who made our holiday so much easier having been very responsive and on hand to help answering any questions, highly recommended!! Definitely worth going back for the beautiful spot and recommend to anyone looking for that traditional feel.

Elena and her family are very helpful Before I go to there was awful weather so I was considering to cancel the trip. But my god feeling asking me to go, and I felt amazing at Elena’s place, horses and other animals are walking arround, toto (I love toto )always stay with me because I was alone. Elena let me try different foods everyday, she let me feel like I meet Monika (you will understand if you watched friends )in real life . Anyway I’d like to go back again!! Elena 一家非常友好善良！大狗toto每天陪着我去爬山，我非常舍不得离开他😭😭😭 两匹马经常在院子里逛，有时候会在橄榄园里，我感觉自己到了天堂。关键是这个房子1500年建的相当于我们的明朝，在这里看到的各种景象就想回来到诗人笔下的景 Elena 每天尝试做各种不同的托斯卡纳食物，很好吃并且很健康，她就像老友记里面的Monika 一样，很有魅力！希望再回去

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! Tommaso is a fantastic host – very welcoming, helpful, and attentive. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and was always available for anything we needed. The villa itself is stunning and perfectly located for exploring the Tuscany region. Highly recommended!

Was the perfect stay for me and my wife on our honeymoon across Italy. Beautiful property with everything you need! Also very close to a small town with all the essentials including a co-op store for great local groceries. They make the most amazing olive oil on the property, honestly the best I have ever had in my life. Great place to relax and rent a car so you can visit all the local restaurants and wineries!

What can you say about Giovanni and Il Colle that hasn’t already been said? You arrive, he greets you. He shows you the property, he shows you the products that come from his labors. He offers you the opportunity to enjoy them and he explains where they come from and how they compliment a lifestyle that is truly unique. He takes you to your room and shows you all of the features of the place. He is ever present and will be there for help, guidance on restaurants, directions, or general conversation. This place is in his blood and it is clearly evident. 5 stars isn’t enough. Use Il Colle as your hub and explore Florence, San Gimignano, Siena and the surrounding areas, but come back home to this place for solitude and an escape from the crowds. Do not book less for than 3 nights. I did (1 night - ugh). We are now in our next place, and we are even more bummed we’re not there. Giovanni is one of a kind. You will not regret it. Grazie Mille!

Incredible place to stay for anyone looking for an authentic retreat in the Tuscan Countryside! Amazing hosts, we were so well looked after, including a Wine tour & tasting along with a few treats on arrival! Would absolutely stay again!

Peaceful location, relaxing & private space. Nice to have Netflix, pool and little walking trail and back of property with streams. Great hub for visiting Pisa, San Gimignano and San Casciano in Val di Pesa. Judtya and Gian Luca were friendly and our kids loved the cats. Appreciated Judtya doing a load of washing for us. Larger water tank for showers was the only thing that could have improved our stay - we were a family of 5.

We cannot wait to return! The setting was stunning and the accommodations were luxurious. Our hosts could not have been kinder or more welcoming. One of our top AirBNB’s ever! We also had the chance to participate in one of the farm munches and it was a truly memorable (and delicious) afternoon. Grazie!

Wow! this place was an absolute dream. I only wish I could've stayed longer. The pictures are accurate, but it's nothing like being there in person, hearing the birds chirping, smelling the flowers, and feeling the sun being down on you. This place was a sanctuary for me to get away from the hustle and bustle of Florence. I enjoyed the decoarations and the flow of the farmhouse. I was able to reflect on life in peace. Bryan and his wife and their dog Muse were amazing. Bryan and his wife were very welcoming, friendly and gave recommendation for the local market. I will definately be booking tis Airbnb in the future, but for longer the next time. Grazie mille!

We loved our stay! We were two families of four and the accommodations were comfortable and spacious. Barbara was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for day trips into Florence (20 min drive), but allowed us to be in the beautiful Tuscan hills and have some peace and wonderful walks. The city is so busy that getting away from the crowds in this tranquil spot was important. We also appreciated the feel of the home being cozy while the old Italian charm.

We spent a week at Il Vichiaccio and I already miss the house. The house was perfect for a family of 5 adults. We felt immediately at home, had all what we needed. The location and views are awsom, even more beautiful than in the pictures. Plenty of great wineries and restaurants in the ares. Beatrice is a great host, answered every question we had, gave us recommendations and even helped us when our daughter didn't feel well. We strongly recommend!

Really great place to stay in Montespertoli. Everything as seen on the pictures - super cozy but still spacious house with great amenities. Mega garden with a super nice pool overlooking the hilly Tuscany countryside. There were 5 of us with 2 dogs and we enjoyed the days very much. The housekeeper living in the annex is great and always had an open ear for everything. Very nice surroundings - ideal for experiencing Tuscany intensively.

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

Il Paluffo is a magical gem. Traveling with three kids it is always hard to find a location that fits everyone, let alone is magical. Il Paluffo is that and more. If you think the photos are magical, wait until you experience it in reality. Absolute serenity in a stunningly beautiful location. We visited Tuscany between Rome and Venice. It was a perfect order, allowing us to unwind from the hustle of Rome. I believe I took a two hour nap outside after we arrived! We walked around the vineyard. The kids loved to visit the chickens. Claudia was so kind and helpful. She arranged a Vespa and wine tasting tour, and we had pre booked a cooking class (held on site at Il Paluffo’s kitchen, for just our family). Memories that will last us a lifetime. Our room was so beautiful and cozy and had so much space for all of us. The beds were very comfortable. We slept so well. Not enough words to say how special this property is.
