Very kind, helpful and friendly hosts. They welcomed us into a beautiful, clean, and spacious house with the sea a stone's throw away. Just cross the street and you're on the beach. The proximity of the tracks did not bother you at all, not even at night, in fact we had a very good rest. With a nice promenade you can reach the port/center and eat in one of the various places that the city offers or in one of the ones recommended by Lucia and Giuliano. We'll definitely be back next time. It's been a pleasure.

Excellent solution in the center of Finale Marina a stone's throw from the promenade, the beaches and the main square, and despite being in the center, the apartment is super quiet and no noise is heard. Maria Grazia is very kind and helpful and communication was effective. Very nice apartment with two bedrooms, a nice kitchenette, a sitting area and a beautiful terrace to enjoy in the warm months. Highly recommended.

The apartment is comfortable, cozy and very clean. Equipped with everything you need to spend a quiet, comfortable and relaxing time, nearby you can easily find supermarkets, restaurants and pizzerias, being a stone's throw from the seafront it is natural to go out without having to use the car that you can safely park in the free parking lots on the street. Laura, the host, is very helpful and kind.

Even more beautiful apartment than the photos and description, the only thing is the noise due to the collection of the trash can in front of the street but bearable. Very important parking spot. Everything is very clean and tidy. Accurate and available owners. We'll definitely be back soon because it's really a gem near the sea and downtown.

Everything was just great

The holiday flat is spotlessly clean and has a fantastic view of the sea. The terrace is huge and we were often able to have dinner outside. The flat is very well equipped, even for coffee drinkers: there is both a capsule machine and a Cafetera Italiana (like Bialetti). :-) There are electronic blinds throughout the flat so that the windows can be darkened, which was great. It was very quiet in the surrounding area and neighbourhood. The garden with the meadow was also a great place for us and the children to play. Communication with Sergio was always uncomplicated and very friendly. He gave us lots of tips for the region and it was very helpful to know the best way to do a day trip to Genova. We can highly recommend this accommodation!

The apartment is in a great location. As always, but this is a general problem in the country, there are parking problems nearby. Good overall cleanliness. Welcome, kindness and availability of the owner at the highest levels. Recommended but pay attention to the stairs (there are three ramps) especially if you have heavy luggage.

very clean accommodation upon our arrival , faithful to the description of the listing , very well located, the big plus of the accommodation is the private parking because it is complicated to park in varigotti and its surroundings , we arrived late ( 11 p.m. ) and I had not understood how to turn on the thermostat to have hot water, Daniela was super responsive and friendly despite the late hour at which I disturbed him , the next morning to find out if everything was okay , really a host with perfect behavior... congratulations

We had a great time and recommend Marco's house! The accommodation is very well-finished and tastefully furnished. There is plenty of space, with large windows and balconies, as well as a comfortable outdoor area to relax and have breakfast. The area is very quiet and with the elevator you can reach the center and the beaches in 5 minutes. It has a comfortable parking space sheltered from the sun available and once parked, we no longer needed to use the car. Having no other reservations the day we left the house, they allowed us to check out a little later than we should. In short, a very positive experience, I recommend it and we will definitely be back!

Our stay at Daniela's place was great. We had a great time to repeat and recommend it to everyone. The house is in perfect condition, very clean and tidy, very kind host available for anything. Upon our arrival we found fresh and very good fruit on the table, water and coffee at our disposal. The apartment is very welcoming and provisional for everything, even in the bathroom there was a disinfectant and patches, as well as everything you need. It is located in the historic center of Borghetto and a stone's throw from the sea. Equipped with Wi-Fi, two TVs are really missing. We've had a great time, went Swimming, mountainbiking (Varazze is having amazing trails), enjoying the Sun and fresh air our wonderful holiday home. The view is fantastic, at springtime it was very quiet, the beds are supercomfy. You should be able to Do many Stairs

We had a really nice 4 days! The house was clean, tidy and spacious...also the landlady left us a perfect vanishing bed for our daughter! The apartment is also really comfortable, 5 minutes on foot and you are at the sea...the car forgets it... we recommend it and we will definitely be back!

A top-notch apartment. Very clean and well-equipped. There is an elevator in the building and free parking right outside the door. The location is unbeatable, just 150 meters from the beach, with plenty of cafés, bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The host was very friendly, helpful, and always available. Excellent communication. Highly recommended!

The apartment has a large terrace with full sea views, beautiful. It is freshly renovated, the bathroom and kitchen are modern and perfectly clean. It is in a closed compound with safety, it is very quiet and it gives access to the promenade on the sea. To get to the village of Cogoleto, it takes 30 minutes to walk, so it takes a little while to go for a quick run or go to the restaurant. The coast is very beautiful, the walk to Cogoleto and the villages all around very pretty, the sea, the palm trees, old houses. It was Margherita who received us, she was super nice, pro-active and always reacted very quickly. We really appreciated that she put basic products in the kitchen, like sugar, salt, oil, pasta, tomato sauce, cereals, etc.

Giovanni was always very friendly, kind and ready to accommodate our requests. The house is very well maintained, very large spaces, very clean and quiet. The highlight is definitely the location, directly on the sea. I would recommend it and go back now.
