Hieno Italialainen talo maaseudulla omassa rauhassaan.Ei naapureita eikä muita vieraita lähellä . Kaksi makuuhuonetta ylhäällä ja kaksi alakerrassa. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet sivältyvät hintaan. Yksityinen piha, jossa oliivipuita ja viiniköynnöksi. Lähellä viehättävä Bisentin kylä. Noin 30 min päässä suurempi kaupunkin Teramo. Alle tunnin matkan päässä Campo Imperetaren vuoristoalue ja Adrian meren hiekkarannat. Oma auto välttämätön. Hyvät yhteydet Roomasta autolla (n. 3h) tai bussilla.

A little house in the woods - Rustico Ceppino -

Surrounded by greenery, you can relax with the whole family in this quiet, exclusive-use accommodation. The house is completely isolated just 500 meters from the small village and 2 km from the Roccaforte di Civitella del Tronto. Away from the hustle and bustle, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape, lie on the lawn to sunbathe, take a dip in the pool or gaze at the stars. Light a fire for the barbecue and eat outdoors. Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

"La Chicca in centro" is an independent house located in the historic center. Comfortable and convenient, it is located in a "rua", a small, quiet and characteristic pedestrian street of the area.
