Holiday rentals with lake access in Province of Teramo

The experience at La Casa Dei Nonni was exceptional. First of all we had a difficult time leaving Rome and were much later than expected, not only was Giovanni helpful but also very understanding and happy to meet us regardless of the hour. Giovanni was always there to answer questions. The space was perfect for us and was so peaceful at night. The location was the perfect mix of rural and still very close to town to walk around and eat pastries. We could not be happier with our stay and we will be returning I hope soon

Lorenzo was a very kind and helpful host, he welcomed us and showed us some places to visit and restaurants. The place is very clean, super quiet location and no neighbors. We spent 4 days with our dog who could easily stay in the garden (private and closed) and visited many places nearby. The only "negative" aspects of the accommodation were the lack of mosquito nets in the bedrooms, which means that in summer, leaving the windows open (you were feeling great!) some insects entered, and the distance from the town center: if you want to take a tour of the village in the evening the road to get there is uphill and quite long. Thelatter aspect did not weigh us because in the evening, after long walks, we always went to bed after dinner. We didn't use the bbq. In short: a more than positive experience and highly recommended for those who want to spend a few days in total relaxation to visit Abruzzo, away from the confusion.

Very nice place. It exceeded our expectations. Owner is very friendly. Everything was clean. Very comfortable and equipped. Easy parking for travellers. We only stayed for two night but the place is worth staying for longer. We especially enjoyed views on the mountains.

This our second stay here. Primarily because the family is amazing. You a getting a true movie experience of Italy staying here. The grapes the olives the land. The family are so warm and caring. We will be back again.

Gianluca’s place was perfect for our stay we had everything we needed. We especially loved the very spacious terrace, the pool was amazing and the grounds and the surrounding area was fantastic! Parking was easy, and local shops, bars and restos easy as well. The space is ground floor super easy with a baby! Desi who is manager for check in was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Would recommend this place 10/10! Thanks for the stay would love to come back!

The farmhouse despite being in the countryside and is very close to the road that easily leads to the main village or the nearest town, to the highway or to the sea as beautiful as the one we frequented from Pineto. At the moment, the available part is on the first floor. The place is "tactical" and is a beautiful oasis of relaxation with abundant spaces outside and well cared for inside. Comfortable kitchen with all the essentials and a nice table for 6 people, two bedrooms with 2 beds each and a living room with additional sofa bed. Everything is well furnished with curious and tasteful objects. Small but practical bathroom. It is a recently renovated place and I am sure that in Easter time it will make it more and more attractive. There's no shortage of barbecues and soccer outside. When the outdoor space is set up, it will really be the perfect place! A thank you and a greeting to Pasquale, a truly exquisite person, always available and attentive to your needs!
