Great location for downtown and the beach. Spacious and comfortable house. Comfortable bed. Kitchen equipment and linen to be updated. Overall a great experience.

Beautiful little house with everything we needed for our relatively large family, in an interesting area of the harbor. A few minutes walk to one side or the other are nice public beaches accessible to dogs. We didn't meet Letizia in person, but our questions and wishes were always super quick and willing to answer and fulfill. Hope we come back here.

Again and again we have a nice time at Sandra's. The terrace is simply a dream.

They were super nice. Paolo was there when we arrived, he was so helpful and friendly. They let us check out late without any extra charge. Their apartment was super clean and what surprised me, he took off his shoes before entering which for me was respectful( the mom who has little kids understand me) The beach was just a minute and the apartment was in the center. I recommend it to any family who wanna have a super relaxing holiday in Grado.

Lovely apartment in the best area of Grado. We felt immediately at home and had a lovely holiday. Communication with Emiliano was great, he was very helpful and responded very quickly to our messages. Definitely recommend Emiliano as host!

It was a great advantage for us to bring our dog and the dog beach was just 100 meters away. The city of Monfalcone is unfortunately very descriptive - but the location to Trieste / Koper or Gradow - Venice is good.

Michele is a very friendly host. He met us in person, and gave very precise instructions and local recommendations. The flat is situated very close to the beach (ca. 5 minutes of walking) and very close to a supermarket (ca. 3 minutes). There are also several cafes and restaurants in the close neighborhood. One can conveniently reach the central bus station and the historic center of Grado by foot (ca. 20 minutes) or by a local bus (ca. 5 minutes). The flat matches the description. The beds are of high quality, the blinds provide complete blackout, and the place is very quiet. There is a well equipped kitchen, which includes a fridge, a microwave oven, a gas stove, and everything needed for cooking. We enjoyed the stay at Michele's place, and we can warmly recommend it :)

The apartment was clean, simple and great for us in terms of location. The beach was very nice, clean and above all quiet and not so many bathers. The bar was small but you could buy snacks ( small pizza, toast, salad and of course drinks). We were, very pleased and would come back. Viviana was very friendly and responded immediately if I had a question. 5 minutes by car we could reach a village and buy food for breakfast in Supermarket. 10 minutes by car we found a great restaurant and also Trieste was not half an hour away. Our holidays were unique in Trieste. It is an insider, as not so many tourists rather a lot of locals who were very nice on the beach and you felt very comfortable. Conclusion: great location, very nice beach, unique and very friendly.

Our stay in the preseason in mid-April was particularly relaxed as it wasn't busy yet. The apartment is modernly furnished, very clean and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The only small downside was the loose tiles on the terrace, which caused me a quick worry about the children – but not a noteworthy problem overall. The gated community is ideal for those who value privacy and security. As a starting point for trips to Trieste, the location is perfect, and communication with the hostess went smoothly. The instructions received in advance about the facility and parking were clear and very helpful. I would recommend this place anytime!

Ennio' place is a lovely place, with everything we needed. We spent 5 days here and it was a very great, peaceful holiday. Only one minor comment: Th mattress of the bed was too soft. The village is beautiful, and the closeness of Trieste is very comfortable. 100% recommend, we will definitely come back here!
