The area is central, opposite the public garden, near the Rossetti theater and Viale XX Settembre, a large pedestrian boulevard with many bars, restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream shops. In about a 15-minute walk you can reach Piazza Unità, if you prefer to use public transport, in front of the building there is the stop for lines 6 to Miramare and 9 to the city's seafront.
