The guest suite is part of the XVII century villa belonging to the family, in which the owners live. It is located in the heart of Valpolicella classico region, 20km from Verona and 20km from Lago di Garda. The suite has a King size double bed, sofa-bed, kitchen, dinning table and bathroom. There is a separate entrance and another entrance leading to common areas: atrium, breakfast area, living room, library, front and back garden. Parking is on the premises. WiFi and LAN connection.

Situated in Pacengo, Casa Aire has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The suite of 47mq has a bedroom with a 140/190 cm bed, a bathroom and a kitchen. Lakeside paths that reach San Benedetto di Lugana, Peschiera del Garda, the historic center of SIrmione on foot or by bike, as well as the famous LUGANA typical wine cellars. There are also many farmhouses nearby that offer succulent dishes handed down for generations.

In 20 minutes you can reach the Garda parks (Gardaland, Caneva Aquapark, Sea Life Aquarium, Moovieland Park). Verona Catullo Airport is 13 minutes away.

Convenient location: 5 km from Catullo Airport, the A4 motorway exit and Villafranca; 20 km from Verona, the exhibition centre, Lake Garda and Gardaland. We love genuine, flexible hospitality. A fridge, microwave and kettle were provided, but there was no hob. Area NOT served by public transport (car required). We offer assistance with booking taxis.
