Above Gröbming and only 20 minutes from Schladming, our house is located at 1,200 m on the Michaelerberg. The picturesque natural scenery offers countless opportunities to enjoy all seasons: The ski paradise of the Schladming-Dachstein region in conjunction with Ski amadé is at your doorstep. The Enns Valley offers several 18-hole golf courses and a variety of hiking and biking tours. From the end of May to mid-October, our guests can enjoy the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card.

In the middle of the Enns Valley mountains lies our lovingly renovated Chalet Leo, adjacent to our mountain farm, at over 1100 m above sea level. Our farm is the perfect place to escape and leave everyday stress behind. Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, and a kitchen. 10 minutes to the town center, grocery store, and indoor swimming pool with sauna in the immediate vicinity. Parking is available on the property. A bread roll delivery service is available, or you can have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bakery). Ski storage for two people at the gondola station is included. Dogs are welcome.

Ferienhütte Grimming

Our cottage is located just a little off the nearest traffic routes (street, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or even those who want to unwind! Looking forward to seeing you soon ! Likewise, dogs who feel "very comfortable" with us are also welcome !

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
